Can they see what I feel inside?
This pain that comes every day- I try to always hide?
A simple smile can hide a lot
No one knows the truth ever
That feeling can make you want to rot
I feel trapped in my cage
The way I choose to live- always filled with rage
How long can I keep on the mask?
How long can I keep up this task?
How long do they continue to think I'm just simply feeling chapped?
The truth is: I feel trapped!
