Make me forget the world I see
I appear blind towards reality
Tired of all the work I do all day
School, homework,.. nothing else left to say
Why, Brain why?
Must this happen to me?
When I glance through a book, what do I see?
Information that I try to remember, visualize, or even be
Why, Brain why?
Must I have this stress upon life?
The empty feelings it gives me...
My heart aches at the sensation
Like a wooden knife that cuts open fruit
But this isn't any old suit
Especially for me...
These questions race in the back of my head everyday
I always give these challenges a try
Only one thing left for me to say...
Is "Why, Brain why?"
