I remember the happy times
With me saying all those silly rhymes
We were friends
And I remember our promise
Stick to each other until the end
But now..you're not with me any more
My heart has a bruise
And it makes me feel sore
I'm all alone
But I never meant to be
But I remember everything
Deep within the core of my brain
But now those memories are fading
Because every day I see rain
I remember our phone calls
Our conversations we had, knocked me off of my feet
You gave me quite the treat
Our happy times always made me smile
No matter what we went through
I always knew
That I could reach out to you
Especially the times that me or you would fall
All the times we would talk
The times we would run
And laugh at my immature jokes
These are memories: that roam in my brain
Through the "hall"
Believe me, I remember it all
