I shake it off.
You always knew me like a book
The question is..
how can I close you?
I'm no longer interested in this story.
It feels overplayed
Like me, I feel overplayed.
But my current dreams feel so much delayed.
You're always on a daze
I guess this is nothing new
You're always in a daze
How come I can never reach you?
Touch your face?
Hold your hand?
Feel safe.
Come back to reality and wake up
See what has become
You're always in a daze
Why don't you take a walk and look at the sun?
Stare at it until your eyes see crystal clear
Stop being in such a daze
Because you're filling yourself with fear
How much more time is it gonna take?
How many more ways?
Still..
no matter what..
You're always in a daze.
Right?.
