It's simply just me, there is no doubt about that
Although, every day I tell myself a lie
That things in the end will go fine
I know I worry about this and that
But it's all just me
I just accept the person I see
The reflection in the mirror; that is me
Maybe I'm not that smart,
Maybe.. I don't have a backbone
Or the purest heart
The weight that I carry all my feelings in
Sticks to me, like a bobby pin
It's just me
I must accept
Forget all about the rest
Don't go crazy over tests
Stop the fears that I feel from taking over
Accept that I don't have the best of luck.. I'm not a lucky clover
Why is it in the mirror I don't like what I see?
After all, it's just me..
