They always repeat how much I'm better without you
But how come I can't function here without you?
Your presence was once my friend
It always remained by my side
But I wasn't aware of that being the main problem
It broke me in the end.
Still.. I fought battles for you
Which I was so close to falling down
I mean..
I hope you still enjoy those happy peaceful nights
Laughing out loud with your friends
I guess you've shown me how worthless I was in the end
But.. your presence is deeper than I imagined
Since I saw you literally everywhere
The memories my brain created
Weighed me down more than I ever could've thought
To the point where I felt like cutting my hair.
Still..
I hope you love the stars in the sky at night
I always said they reminded me of you , after all
Those little dots that show off the night ?
You know I would've stolen them anyway
To bring happiness to your sight.
Denying the truth..
Of how I miss you..
Won't let me move on without you..
