Your lips stretched widely across your face
They bring out the light in you
But in reality, don't you know what is going on?
No one can hear the darkness:
No one can see any light in you
You just tend to hide it ever so lightly
and with a pinch of unwanted desperation
A pinch of hope
Your smile is so wide
But no one knows what you hide
When the dark times come through
And you remain silent in your room
the darkness then says "hey, it's been a while"
"So don't forget to smile"
