Payton's Point of View:
Today is the last night of Jonah staying with as. We are all going out to dinner, Jonah, Esther, and I. Jonah's friend Corbyn and his girlfriend Christina were coming, even Esther new boyfriend.
Christina was pretty cool to hung out with we both do make up videos on YouTube so maybe we could do something together. We were still waiting on Esther and her boyfriend. I had my back to the door so I didn't see when Esther arrived. I got up to say hello to them. But I saw someone I would never see.
"Ben," I say.
I was shaking and about to start crying. I couldn't do look him any longer. I left Jonah and my bag and ran out of the restaurant. I could hear Jonah calling after me. I felt his arms grab me.
"Payton what is wrong," he asked.
"That guy... Ben he....he is my ex, Alex's... Dad," I cried into Jonah's shoulder.
"Wait Esther's boyfriend," he asked.
"Yes," I cried back.
He pulled me off him and ran back inside. I was following him because I didn't know what he was going to do.
