I've been super MIA for the past few months and I'm really sorry about that, but good news!
I'm back!
I'm going to be re-editing this story and fixing a few of the POV issues and typos (I wrote all of this on my phone). And I'm finally going to reply to comments (you know I pride myself on replying to every one of you, because if you'll take the time to comment, I want to honor and respect that with a reply). I haven't been doing that because I've been crazy busy, but I will!
I'm so grateful to you all for having read this, especially for those of you that stuck through the mucky chapters in the late 40s to the end. I know it was stressful, but I think it made it worth it when you got to read the ending AND it will pay off in kind in the sequel!
