Robin Hood's POV

"A prize of great wealth? And a kiss from Maid Marian?" I raised an eyebrow at my brother.

"It'd be nice to see Mum again."

"Mmhm. Where are my arrows?"

"How should I know? This place is a mess Robin." Little John scowled.

"Its...not that bad..." I grumbled. I found my quiver in the soup pot.

"If you say so..."

Sheirff's POV

"My name is literally Sheirff. I'm not kidding!" I shouted at the man who wrote down the names of...more known...contestants.

I looked back to my dad.

"Is this plan gonna work?" I scoffed.

"Who can resist Maid Marian's charms?" my father chuckled.

"...no one?" I guessed.

I could somewhat resist her charms.

"Correct!"

I ignored my father and scanned the scene.

"What if we can't find Robin Hood?" I asked.

"We will. He and Marian have a history...apparently."

"A child love." I scoffed. "Nothing serious."

"Mmm. Marian seems quite certain that he still loves her."

I glanced to the lady in question. She didn't seem the type for outlaws.

Then again, I don't seem the type to like females instead of males.

Shaking my head, I started practicing my archery.

I had no idea what I was going to do against the infamous Robin Hood.

The best archer in Nottingham.

---

I practiced till the sun set and I was in darkness.
With a long sigh, I trudged inside.

I flopped onto my mattress, staring at the candle lit ceiling.

Tomorrow is the day; the day we see and unmask Robin Hood.

I don't know if I should be scared or excited.
