I’m vulnerable. I know it.
I felt my knees weaken.
Napasandal at napakapit ako sa pinto para hindi ako matumba.

I looked up to him. Hindi ko alam pero may isang luha na pala ang nakatakas mula sa aking mata.
He leaned and whisphered to me, “I know you want to get your revenge that’s why you joined your father’s Mafia Clan.”
I looked at him, puzzled. “H-How-“
“I know everything about all the gangsters here in the Philippines. After all, we are your ‘guardians’. Also, there is nothing wrong with getting your vengeance.” He helped me to stand and assisted me in taking a seat.
