Because it's all interconnected, here is the list. It should help you in making simple deductions of how one character is related to another (easier if you have read Dare, Childhood and H&H)

Aarav Raizada - 25 = son of Anjali Raizada. Adopted by Arnav & Lavanya.
Jhanvi Raichand - 24
Annie (last name unknown as of right now)- 23

Khushi + Riddhima + Kripa = friends from Dare
Khushi + Armaan = legal siblings through adoption with no blood relation
Sanya + Aarav = legal siblings through adoption with no blood relation
Aarav + Arshiya = legal siblings through adoption. cousins through blood relatives.
Aarav + Kriana = cousins
Rihaan + Aarav = legal cousins with no blood relatives

For Rihaan:
Khushi = bua (dad's sister); also maasi (mom's best friend)
Kripa = maasi (mom's best friend)
Lavanya = aunty (no relation, just family friend due to Lavanya's connection to Arnav, Khushi, Aarav & how the three in turn have a connection to Rihaan)
Kriana = family friend
In conclusion: Rihaan has no blood relation with any of the younger generations. They all just become uncles and aunts because of their parent's connections to each other. The only sister for him is Arshiya as her mom and his dad are adopted siblings.
Same way, Sanya has no blood relations with anyone either (except her parents, ofcourse).
