Mckayla's Point Of View:
Jack has been so kind to me, I just can't take it. He is helping me not get bullied, but now kids are starting to snicker at him when he walks by. He just shrugs it off though, and when we get to The Talk Room he always says,"Broken crayons still color." I just want to know what that means. But I guess it means something good so I think I'm going to make it my life motto.

"Broken crayons still color!" Jack yells to me from down the hall.

"Broken crayons still color!" I hear Jazz screech.

I smile at them and walk to the bathroom, I've been here a lot lately, it's like my thinking room.

"Broken crayons are broken and are worthless, their color is off, and they're not the brightest either," sneers a voice.

Anna. Breathe Mckayla breathe.

"Not going to answer me?" she asks wickedly.

"Be quiet Anna," I mutter.

"Why?" she asks.

"Leave," I say, voice rising.

"Mickey is getting a little angry now, isn't she?" she says, twirling her blonde hair around her finger.

I push past her and as I'm walking to my locker I mutter to myself.

"Broken crayons still color."
