*Tony's pov*
I sit with the rest of the Avengers, taking in what my daughter had just said. All I can think is what an awful father I am, my own daughter got attacked by a drug dealer!

I sit diagonal from Rebel, she won't even make eye contact with me. There is a long silence before anyone finally speaks.

"I know what your thinking" Rebel says shyly "I don't need your pitty"

Pepper looks around making sure know ones making a face from what Rebel had just said "No ones pitying you Rebel, we just want to help you."

"You don't have to lie, I know I'm trouble" Rebel say in a low tone, almost a growl

Her comment catches everyone off guard, no one agreed yet no one disagreed either.

I open my mouth to comfort Rebel, but she cuts me off " Maybe it would be better if I just leave, you have enough to worry about without me and messy past"

"Look I know- I know its been kinda difficult, you know adjusting but one inconvenience doesn't mean you should up and leave" I protest.

The group agrees by just nodding, believing its not there place to voice their opinions.

"Its getting late, I think I'm just gonna go to bed" Rebel says as she gets up off her spot on the chair and walk towards her bedroom.

I want to argue and finish the conversation but I could tell Rebel was in no interest in doing so. As she disappears into the hallway everyone starts taking about what had just happened

" What are you going to do about her" Steve questions

"She obliviously dangerous, what if there are other people out to get her, to get us?" Clint interjected

" Maybe she should talk to someone" Pepper advised

" She's 15, how much of a threat could she be?" Natasha debated

" Well first off she's been in relations with DRUG DEALERS!" proclaimed Clint

" Okay but we can define her by her past" commented Steve

" Hell we can!" Clint shouted

" She just a kid Clint!" retorted Pepper

" A dangerous kid" grumbled Clint

" Everyone just shut up" I shout, making them all freeze. " Okay look she has a messy past, but who doesn't?" I argue

" Like father like daughter" Clint grumbles under is breath

" You're not so perfect yourself" I shoot back

"Both of you, stop." Pepper intervenes

"Were all tired and sleep deprived, how about we just drop this and saved it for tomorrow?" Steve suggests

Reluctant everyone agrees and heads for their rooms. Leaving Tony to wonder what he was really going to do about the unpredictable teen.

(Hey look I finally updated, honestly I had such bad writers block and such little self confidence I almost just gave up on this, but I'm trying to get back into the habit of writing again. This chapter is pointless but hey I'm trying!)
