Ch.4- Saying our good-byes

Reaven's POV

For the past days me and Bert has been closer and closer and me and Ethel keep getting sadder and sadder because were leaving in 9 hours. We just finished school and Im excused from MHS and Ethel is out of Hopwood.

As I was packing I heard a knock on my room door and it was my mom.

"Reaven Sweetie I already got the school set for you and Ethel, I guess her parents didn't even mind at all." I nodded she walked in my room and rubbed my back and looked at me.

"Sweetie its fine, You'll find some one there in London I promise." I still gave a weak smile and she left my room.

I was packing and folding my clothes and thinking how I didn't say good bye to Bert, he didnt come to school today, when he knew I was leaving today.

I sighed as I was folding and packing. Then I heard my room door open and I truned around and it was Ethel, she was dressed and carrying her bags for the flight.

"Hey." She said rather sad, I smiled and she put her bag down, "Okay dude, your really not feeling right, Come on lets go to Cha it will make you feel better or we can go to memo before we go?" I smiled and I zipped my lagues.

"Okay sure." Ethel smiled and we got down stairs and I saw my dad watching TV and my sister was sitting in the couch reading a book, we walked passed them. Then we started to walk to cha.

"So, were going to get our shakes and you wear this blind fold." Ethel said holding the cloth in her hand. I got confused as she showed me that.

"Why?" she smiled and we just went in cha. I orederd our shakes and we went out of the building. Then she smiled at me and gave me the blind fold. I still dont know why am I gonna wear this.

"Ethel, why do you want me to wear this?" she chuckled

"Well...lets just say Someone you know has a surprise for you before we go." I tied cloth around my eyes and sighed.

"Ethel I swear to gosh if I die before we go to London, I am going to Huant you." Ethel chuckled.

"Dude, Dont worry okay you wont its a good bye gift." Ethel said while we were walking. While we were walking I couldn't help but think, would the group make me a surprise good bye gift? They did it yesterday, I miss all of them just thinking about yesterday for what they did. Suddenly we stopped and Ethel took a deep breathe.

"Okay, Now take it off." I did as she told me and I blinked like three times and then the thrid time I blinked I saw Bert holding Guitar.

I smiled and Ethel smiled in the back and drank her shake I couldn't help but cover my mouth with surprise because my lips were acheing with my smile.

"Well, Um...I know I didnt go to school today cause I have been trying to master the cords for the perfect song." I smiled and Ethel was just handleing to not fan girl I know.

"Okay Well here you go." he started to play then he started to sing.
