"She was made of all complicated things, but she always had a simplicity in the way she laughed, and all that she ever wanted, for someone to understand her while she was out making sense of her soul and the handful of flowers blooming from the top of her skull."

[ALEC LOUISE]~

Funneh had been avoiding me. She ran away to where I tried to approach her, I heavily sighed, thinking to myself on what I had to do.

I tried to catch up with her but she ran to fast and disappeared in the sea of students for me impossible to be able to find her.

I sat in class, my stomach sank in worry. I just wanted to fix things, I just wanted them to be back to where they once was. Was that too much to ask?

I sat in the lunch table, alone with Prince. "You've got in a fight huh?" I nodded. "I'm surprised Kyran didn't walk over to me and punched me." Prince sighed, "Yeah, that's how good of a guy he is." I avert my gaze to him.

"Did you guys fix your problems." He smiled, "Yeah, they are better than ever again."

I felt bad for Prince. "Yeah, how are you?" Prince shot me a cheeky grin. "I met a girl." I roll my eyes, "Pshh, like that never happens."

But Prince smile widened even further. "No, I think I like her, I really like her." I smile back. "Congrats, move on from your sappy self and go with the flow."

But I just was flooded with sadness. Prince patted him on the back. "Don't worry bro, everything will go back to normal soon." I shot him a small smile.

He pulled my phone out, "What's the password." I sighed. "0509." He typed it out then headed to the texts. He gave me my phone back. "Text her to meet you after school."

I grabbed my phone. "What if that method doesn't work?" Prince shakes his head. "She likes you no doubt, and that text would sent her into questions. Now do it!"

alec: after school wait for me at the back of school

funneh: why would i?

alec: i suggest you go

funneh: whatever

I leaned in my chair in the cafeteria table, I hope Evelyn doesn't come back. She'll just come to f*ck with my life again. "Hell yesterday?" Prince asked, taking a small bite of his peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

"Yeah, my ex came back to f*ck with my life." I mutter slowly, Prince held a strange face. "Ooh! That's the person that texted me randomly! Telling me that she'll come to your house midnight, I thought it was a prank because I've changed my phone and I haven't got the chance to get everyone's numbers."

But I questioned further. "Anything else she said?" Prince nodded and pulled his phone out. "Even though she was being treated good by her parents she decided to come after you again. But her parents strongly refused. Her parents kicked her out, so she had nowhere to live. And her first resort was to find you."

I'm not going to play the sympathy game, Evelyn always wanted someone to help her, she was always independent on others. "She'll learn her reason, what's wrong with her mind? Thinking that I'll still accept her and that she'll find a cozy place to live and call 'home'. What does she think she live in? A book?" Prince nodded beside me.

"Yeah, this is real life."

My parents heard about what happened, and they comforted me for a bit, but I prayed in my heart that she wouldn't come back.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

I prayed that she waited for me. I prayed that she'd think it wasn't a prank.  I walk to the back of the school slowly. Taking a peak if she was there.

Funneh was there. I walk towards her. "Why are we here?" Funneh asked firmly, I sighed, walking closer to her. 0She instantly backs away, tears were trickling her eyes.

Soft sobs were heard. Tears were continuing to stream down Funneh's eyes. "I liked you Alec, do you like me back? Or were you just provoking me too?" Her voice cracked of pain.

I shaked my head but she refused to listen to me, to listen to me, but I understanded that she was hurt.

I tried to walk closer to her but she pushed me away, she cried. "Stay away!" I gripped her arms, "Please. . .listen to me—!"

"I do like you." Tears were still streaming down Funneh's face. So I was crazy, maybe I was crazy for thinking this would change something.

But she made me feel this way for her, she turned me crazy for love.

I crashed my lips on hers, with much force, holding her cheek, I felt some tears flow. My other hand gripped her waist.

I parted the kiss, mainly so we could take breath, with Funneh being left flustered, my heart pounded in my chest, my eyes lit up when I saw her smile.

"I'm never going to let you go. So please don't let me go too. You'll be mine and I'll be forever yours." Funneh still sobbed, not with pain, but with happiness. She hugged me tightly.

I kissed her forehead, and smiled.
