It was 7 pm as I was strolling back to my dorm. Our campus was quite luxurious. We were just 1500 students and there were around 300 staff members, so the campus always looked like the lawn was mowned a few minutes ago. Old sculptures of griffins and lions were everywhere on campus. But the eponym of our school had a sculpture that was twice as big as all the other ones we had on campus. It stood right behind the entrance of our schoolgate, which means people can see it from far way.

When I arrived at my dormdoor I took out my ID-card and opened it. I heard the girls giggling in the common room. "Gosh, he is sooo hot..." I waved to the girls before entering my room.

"Yaah! Where have you been?" my roommate shouted, when I put down my bag.

"Council. Sorry Jennie." I pouted trying to calm her down with my aegyo.

"Don't you dare to use your cute aegyo against me! I'm mad!" she yelled while pointing a perfectly pink polished finger at me.
Jennie was Jin's younger sister, my roommate and my bestfriend. She was really into fashion (and into pink, like her brother... must be a sibling thing) and in a month she would spend the amount of money my grandma would earn in three months on the latest fashion trend. At first I hated her because of her arrogant behaviour, but we came closer to eachother, when I discovered that she wasn't only that spoiled princess, but also had a lot of talents and was just as reliable as her brother.

We were so different but complimented eachothers features. When we first became roommates she admitted that she liked me because of my honesty and because she was looking for a real friend. The siblings' family owned the most trusted and best known national newspaper. That's why Jin was just naturally the publisher of our school's newspaper. His sister, also part of the editorial staff, was more of a computer nerd, so she led the team, who took care of the school's website and the school's online appearance.
Right now she was just furious.

"You missed my competition with that dump b**** Ava!" she flipped her hair "But after all I still won."
I grinned "As if you would lose a swimming competition..."
Jennie was not only good at judo (our school offered many martial arts) but also at swimming. She was already a natural beauty, but swimming toned her curves even better. When we both stand next to eachother I would tell her how jealous I was of her figure. She would laugh it off and be all like "Kyungmi, if you don't appreciate your damn beauty, I'll kick your stubborn ass!"

"Well, maybe I would have been better, seeing that you were cheering for me." she pursed her lips.
I flicked her head "Come on we both know, that you would have not seen me, with all your fanboys cheering for you."
She cackled "Right, because you are so freaking small." I grinned. Being 1,60m tall was nothing to her fanboys, who are mostly 1,80m (or even taller).
"Did you have dinner already?" I asked her. Jennie nodded but still grabbed her ID-card.
"Let's grab some food for you!" she told me, while pointing her head to the direction of our door.
I smiled. My bestfriend knew me best!
