The sports festival is a big deal at our school. I think it was at every martial arts school the event of the year.
All students of every martial arts class do compete against each other, it is of course to find the best martial artist of every category and year.
The council was in charge of the entertainment program, the mcing as well as setting up everything and dismantling it afterwards.
What was more nervewrecking was the fact, that this year's sports festival wouldn't end with the announcement of the best martial artists of CA. Oh no, that would be waaaay too simple: this year the best martial artists have to compete against the best students of the other 3 partnerschools.
Very creative indeed, commitee schoolboard!

I sighed. This new rule was interesting, that I had to admit...
But the competitions were always very aggressive even without the new "all against all"- rule.
We should set stricter penalties for this year's festival to avoid cheating and-

"Are you always staying longer to question your existence?" a familiar voice interrupted my peaceful silence.

"Stop annoying me! Don't you have something else to do?" Or should I say someone else?

Maybe I'll just hold a speech about fairplay this year...
"Are you always so feisty?" he sat down.
"What?" I aggressively answered. Can't he see that I am not in the mood to have a conversation with him?

"Hey, are you by any chance gay?" I heard curiosity in his voice.
Huh?

"Excuse me?"
What the kiwi? Did he just...
I met his eyes. He was not flustered at all. Well, he should be!

"You should not ask people such intimidating questions, Jeon." I criticised while shaking my head in disapproval.

"Does that mean, yes?"

Should I prank him? Then he would have no reason to annoy me anymore...
And I could get rid of this stupid tickling in my stomach whenever he's around...

"Well, I am not obligated to answer-"

I got interrupted by Jungkook, when he raised my chin with his index finger and his thumb.
He searched for something in my eyes.
He leaned in closer.
I gulped. He was waaaaay too close!
I felt his cheeks on mine, when he leaned in for my right ear.
I got shivers and for the first time in my life I understood the "butterfly thing in the stomach".

"You are not. But lying is not an option, sweetie." he whispered.

My eyes widened.
He smirked, "I can feel that I am affecting you."
Then he backed away and left the conference room.

Shit!
Shit!
Shit!
Why didn't I just kick him or punch him?
"Arrrrggh!" I ruffled my hair in frustration.
"Come on, that was nothing! Don't be a drama queen, that's my job!" Jennie stated from across the room, while programming on her super computer. I was back in my dorm finding my roommate working on a project, that's deadline was tomorrow.

"I really hate his attitude!"
And the fact that his flirts are working on me.
Jennie sighed, "Let's get something to eat! I can't deal with a frustrating Kyungmi."

A cold breeze came upon our faces when we left the warm dorm. It was midsummer, but at night (or evenings) it could always get a bit colder.
I looked at my bestfriend who was wearing a designer jeans and a striped pink adidas shirt under her open down jacket by Northface. She was stylish even wearing casual clothes (for her circumstances, this outfit was pretty casual).
"You look like a young Kate Middleton."
She gave me the "braaaah-look".
"And you look like a fashion terrorist!" she snorted.
"You know that's one of the more presentable outfits I own." I grinned. I knew exactly her opinion on my style.
She shook her head "Seriously why don't you let me upgrade your wardrobe a little bit, mhm?! I'd love to pay!"
She eyed my outfit. I wore dark violet cords and a green shirt with long sleeves. Sure, my clothes were not part of the latest fashion collection and I might buy most of them in second hand shops but I never felt the urge to change that. Grandma wanted to buy me some clothing that were "hip" but seriously I wanted her to use the little money she had more wisely!
"Because I feel comfortable wearing this. Fashion is all about expressing yourself and for me: I don't need to pretend to be something I am not."
"Well, then don't pretend to be homeless, you smartass!" she elbowed me friendly.
I chuckled.
