The Ball Room

Francis's point of view
I woke up and Mary was gone, I sat up out of bed and looked around the room, she was looking out the window. "Mary what are you doing?" I asked "They are camped outside the castle walls." She said "Mary don't worry about it, come back to bed." I said "Francis this is all my fault, he's attacking the castle because of me." She said "Mary," I got out of bed and walked to her "This is not your fault. Condé wants you because your my fiancé, this is all about his need for revenge against me." I wrapped my arms around her from behind. "I know Francis, but still, I can't lose you. I love you." She said "I love you too Mary, and I am willing to die if it guarantees your safety." I said, she turned around and faced me. "Please don't leave me." She cried "I won't leave you Mary, I will never leave you." I said then held her tight. "What will happen to you if he takes over the castle?" She asked "Lets not think about that right now." I said "I think there had been entirely to much thinking going on." She said then kissed me "Are you sure?" I asked "I'm sure, make me forget about everything else." She said then kissed me, I slowly led her over to the bed and laid her down. "What if my father comes in? He doesn't know we have been doing this." I said "just go lock the door." She said "I don't want to ruin the moment." I said "You won't ruin the moment." She smiled, I smiled then got off of her and locked the door. I went back over and kissed her. "How are you so perfect?" I said as she took her dress off, she smiled and kissed me. I took my shirt off and Mary saw my scar. She touched it with her soft fingers. "I'm so sorry that happened to you." She said "It's not your fault. I don't blame you for anything that happened." I said "Francis" she said softly "Lets not talk about the past, I want to move forward with you." I said "So do I." She said then kissed me
The next morning
When I woke up Mary had her head on her chest. She's beautiful. The sun was shining on her face, she looked like a goddess. "Mary" I whispered "Francis." She whispered while giggling. "Good morning." I said "Good morning." She said "I'm cold." She said then grabbed my shirt off the floor and put it on. "I'll warm you." I smirked then kissed her neck. "Get off me. You had your fun last night." She giggled "I don't think I had enough fun." I smiled "Oh I think you had plenty." She giggled, her happy looked faded when she looked out the window. Condé and his men were preparing to attack the castle. "Francis." She said "It's okay Mary, they won't get into the castle." I said pulling her onto my lap "You can't know the for sure." She said "Mary just relax, I know it seems impossible but I don't want you to be scared and paranoid all the time." I said "I know, I'm sorry, I want to act like myself but I'm so scared something is going to happen." She said "And I know you will protect me but I'm still scared." She added "Mary, I love you and no matter what happens everything is going to be okay." I said, she smiled "You still haven't broken your promise." She said "What promise?" I asked "You haven't left my side." She said "I didn't intended on breaking that promise." I smiled then kissed her. "Why don't we get ready and go get some breakfast." I said "I like that idea." She smiled then we got ready and walked to the dining room with our arms linked. "Mary, Francis you need to come with me." Henry said "Why?" I asked "Condé has taken over the castle." He said "Francis you said he wouldn't take over the castle." She said "I didn't think he would. Mary we have go." I said "Where are we going to go?" She asked "The ball room" he said "wouldn't the ball room be the first place they would look?" Mary asked "The ball room has passages to rooms all over the castle, it's the best place to go." I said "Oh" she said then we walked into the ball room and there were at least a dozen guards outside the door. "Francis I don't feel good." Mary said "What's wrong?" I asked "I feel like I'm going to puke." She said then turned around and puked in a vase. "Oh my God Mary, are you okay?" I asked "I'm okay." She said then I helped her over to a couch. "Just try to lay down." I stroked her hair  then she laid her head on my lap, I stopped stroking her hair. "Francis?" She asked "Yes?" I asked "Can you keep stroking my hair?" She asked "Of course love." I said then started stroking her hair again.
Mary's point of view
When I woke up Condé and his men were pounding on the door. "Francis what's going on?" I asked "Mary I will explain later we need to-" he was cut off when Condé and his men burst in the room. "Francis!" I grabbed onto him. "Dearest cousin." Condé smirked "Condé" Francis nodded his head. "Take him." Condé said "Take him where?" I asked as the ripped Francis away from me. "To the dungeons." He replied "Mary no matter what happens remember I love you, so much." Francis said as the dragged him away. "Don't speak to her." Condé punched him. "Francis!" I tried to run over to him but Condé stopped me. "Don't run to him. Your mine now." He said then touched my butt. "Are you going to kill him?" I asked "No, not yet at least." He said "Please Condé don't, I will do anything." I said "Come to my chambers later and we will see just how far you will go to protect your love." He said "No Mary don't! I will be fine! Don't go!" Francis shouted "Did you not learn your lesson the first time?" Condé shouted then punched him again. My poor Francis.
