Chapter 2

"So"Veronica started saying as we waited for Archie at Pop's. "I was thinking about Christmas holidays and we could go to my lake house,Archie you and I."

"Are you really thinking about that?"I asked surprised smiling.

She nodded. "Yeah Well I got nothing else better to do.So are you up?"

"Yeah,well I think so."I said.

Then the entrance bell rang and we turned around to see the redhead.

He walked towards us smiling.

We ordered three milkshakes and kept talking.

Just then Jughead and three guys walked in and sat down in a booth.

"It's weird seeing Serpents at Pop's."Veronica said. "Shouldn't they be at the Whyte Wyrm?"

"Well as long as I know Jughead I can assure you that he has a special affection for food."Archie said making us laugh. "The thing is that he doesn't get fat,ever."

I looked at the three boys and they were eating hamburgers and onion rings.

Suddenly V dropped a bit of her milkshake and stained my skirt a little bit.

"Oh I'm sorry b."She said.

"It's okay."I said standing up and walking to the bathroom.

When I cleaned it I washed my hands and looked at myself in the mirror.

I walked out and saw a man with a Black Hood with a gun in Pop's forehead.

"The money!"He yelled and Pop gave it to him.

I looked at V and Archie and they were quiet.

Then I looked at the Serpents that stood up.

The man of the black hood looked at them and shot.

One of the guys fell to the floor,the man shot him in the leg.

Jughead and two other guys started walking towards him with an angry face.

The man was about to shoot when he saw me.

"Betty Cooper."He said.

I widened my eyes afraid and surprised at the same time.

He walked closer to me.

"Don't touch her!"Archie yelled standing up.

"How do you know my name?"I asked not knowing where all of that braveness came from.

"I want the same as you."He said.

"What are you talking about."I asked confused.

I looked at his green eyes I couldn't recognize him.

He turned around still pointing at us with the gun and ran away.

I walked towards the door and outside to follow him.

"B Wait!"Veronica yelled running after me.

"Betty don't go after him!"Archie yelled.

I stopped and saw the black silhouette ran away.

I walked back in the local with Archie and Veronica."What the hell were you thinking!"V yelled.

"What do I want?"I asked. "How does he know me?"

The Serpents were on the floor helping the guy with the injure.

Jughead stood up and walked towards us. "Hey um,Betty,don't get close to him okay?I know you wanna know who he is but he can kill you and all of us."

"Who said I was gonna get close to him?"I asked.

V and Archie looked at me with the "Really?"face.

"Just trust me okay?He's dangerous,he has killed many people."Jughead said and walked back with the Serpents.

When he said that man killed people was when I decided it,I was gonna kill the Black Hood.

"Are you okay?"Archie asked me.

"Yeah."

"I think you should do what he said."V said. "Forget about that man."

I nodded. "I won't get closer."

That was the biggest lie ever.

The next morning I walked in the first class I saw and opened my laptop.

I searched information about the Black Hood.

"The Black Hood has killed two more families."

"The Black Hood back to his hobby."

"The Black Hood comes back to Riverdale."

"Is The Black Hood killing people again."

"Is The Black Hood real?"

Nothing.

"What are you doing?"I heard a voice say making me jump.

I looked up at the person,Jughead Jones.

"Oh,nothing."I said starting to close the laptop but he took it from my desk.

"The Black Hood."He said. "I told you not to get close."

"I know,and I'm sorry but I wanna know who he is."I said. "And end him"

He raised his eyebrows.

"So or you help me or you keep your mouth shut."I said now making him smirk.

"I'll help you."He said.

"Well in that case you gotta g-Wait,you're gonna help me?"I asked surprised.

"Yeah."He said.

"Okay great!Thanks!"I said smiling.

The bell rang.

"Don't tell anyone."I said.

"I won't."He said.

"Thanks"I said and walked away.
