Belle's POV
I woke up and instantly remembered; Jack's coming home today!
I jumped up and made my bed. I changed into some clothes and skipped through to Joe's joint kitchen and living room.
"Someones happy!" Joe laughed.
"Yup!" I said and plonked down on the sofa.
I noticed how relaxed I was acting around Joe. I was now honestly really starting to trust him. I'm always going to trust Jack the most but Joe's definitely a close second! I feel like I don't have to be shy around Joe anymore!
"What time will Jack be back?!" I asked.
"About 12pm" he answered. "He'll be on his train now!"
That made me even more excited knowing Jack was on his way back.
"Breakfasts ready!" Joe said as he put the plates on the table.
I got up from the sofa and sat at the table.
"Jack actually wanted me to talk to you about something!" Joe said as he sat down.
"Oh um ok" I said, feeling nervous.
"No need to get worried!" Joe said, smiling. "It's nothing bad!"
I returned his comment with a weak nod and a smile.
"Jack wants you to do school online" he said. "Because he can get quite busy and he think this will be the best also for you, with how you feel uncomfortable around people!"
"Ok" I said.
"Is that ok with you?" Joe asked.
"Yeah" I said.
"Ok good!" he said, smiling.

I was packing my things up when I heard the bedroom door being opened.
"Hello angel!"
I turned around to see Jack. I ran up to him and hugged him.
"I've missed you!" I said.
"I missed you more!" he laughed.
Jack picked me up and placed me on his hip.
"I'm ten!" I laughed. "You don't have to carry me!"
"So?!" he laughed. "Am I not allowed to carry my baby girl?!"
I laughed and cuddled into him.
"I'm gonna talk to Joe!" he said. "You finish packing.
I nodded, gave him one last hug and he placed me down. He left the room.
Jack's POV
I walked through to Joe's living room and joined him on the sofa.
"Jack, I need to talk to you about something" Joe said,
"What is it?!" I asked.
"I think Belle has separation anxiety when not around you!" he said.
"What do you mean?!" I asked, confused.
"As soon as you left, she had a panic attack" he explained.
"Oh" I said.
"I would've told you but I knew you would only worry and it wouldn't have done anyone any good!" Joe explained.
"It's ok" I said. "I understand!"
"I explained the online school to her!" he said.
"Thanks, I didn't have time before I left!" I explained. "Did she take it ok?!"
"Yeah" Joe said. "She seemed to like the idea of it!"
"That's good!" I said.
Just then, Belle came through with her suitcase.
"You ready?!" I asked.
"Yep!" she said.
"Thank Joe for looking after you!" I said, smiling.
She walked up to Joe and hugged him.
"Thank you!" Belle said.
"Anytime!" Joe said, hugging her back.
"Thanks mate!" I said.
"No problem!" he said.
Belle and I left. I can't wait to spend some time with her!
