"I-" Tears streamed down my face. I pressed my lips together. "Yes," I whisper.
Aiden's eyes go wide.
"Yes." I smile so wide I felt like my face was about to crack. "Yes. Yes. Goddess, yes!"
Aiden jumps up and grabs me, swinging me around. He places me on the ground gently. Staring into my eyes, he kisses me. Ever so softly, like he was afraid that I was going to disappear.
"Thank you," Aiden whispers, putting his forehead against mine.
"My pleasure," I reply. A grin, etched upon my face.
"Hell Yeah!" A voice shouts, startling me.
"Mary?" I look over to see Mary and Calla standing by the doorway with smiles.
"How long have you been standing there?" I question, a blush creeping up my neck.
"Long enough that I had to cover the poor child's eyes," Mary replies, grinning.
"Mommy?" Calla whispers, tugging on my pants.
"Yeah, Lilly?" I ask, picking her up.
"Is he my daddy now?" She looks at me with hopeful eyes.
I smile as Aiden wraps a hand around my waist. "Yeah, he is."
