(a/n: this picture makes me laugh so hard omg X3)

It was early in the morning when the knocking sounded at your door, waking you from a strange and disturbing kind of dream. You turned your head to the right and stared at the electronic clock that sat on your night stand, it displaying the time in bright red letters. You had to admit that you were happy that Monokuma installed them into the rooms as of recent, making it easier to tell the time from where you were...

3:50 AM

The time was actually kind of shocking to you at first, seeing that someone was up earlier than you were. But another thing that surprised you was how you weren't up already! I mean, your usually up around three or so, usually to have some time to yourself. You've slept in. Either it was the dream you just had, or your getting to comfortable in this high-school prison... Another knock sounded, this time slightly more frantic. Whoever was in the other side of the door was obviously either worried or just impatient. You got up and made your way up to the door and unlocked it, opening it just a crack to see who was on the other side. Suddenly the door was swung open and you were enveloped into a tight hug, your face squished into the crook of their neck. "M-Mondo!?" you stuttered, begining to squirm slightly in place to try and find breathing room. You where begining to learn that Mondo's grip can be like a steal trap when he wanted, and this was no exception. "What's wrong? Your squishing me!"

"Thank fuck your okay." he breathed, loosening his grip to give you some space. He put his hands on your shoulder and pulled away to look at you, studdieng your face. This was all a bit confusing. "Why wouldn't I be okay? Did something happen?" You questioned, watching the bikers expression change. he sighed and hung his head with a nervous chuckle, removing a hand from you to scratch the back of his neck."No, nothing happened... I just, You weren't up like you usually were, so I kinda... Panicked a little. I'm sorry." You couldn't help but snicker at this, wrapping your arms around his neck with a large smile on your face. "Oh, don't be sorry! It's good that you know when something's a miss in a place like this. It means you'll know when something's wrong. In fact, I'm actually kind of glad you noticed!"

You pulled away from him, finding his face a deep shade of red, his eyes searching around the room for something other than you to look at. "I- uh, don't mention it." he stuttered. His voice was down to a whisper, which was a rare accurence. You instead took a seat on the side of your bed, and he followed, sitting down beside you. "This is a good time to talk about some things, as no one's up yet." you spoke, glancing at the clock. "We've got about an hour before the announcement goes off."

"So, you want to go first, or should I?" Mondo questioned, still scratching his neck. You.couldn't help but notice how nervous he seemed to be acting, so It must be something important. However, he's also nervous about telling you whatever he wants to, so maybe it's not. "I'll go first. If I don't get it out now, I don't think I ever will." You admit, smiling slightly. "You remember what I told you before Celestia's trial, right?"

[Mondo's POV]

"Yeah, You told me her name, right?" I questioned, her small smile growing just slightly wider. She seemed to be deep in thought, like she was trying to find the words to say. She then turned to me, eyes locking with mine. "I'm glad you remember. It means you listened.... Tell me Mondo, do you know how I knew her name? Any ideas as to how I found out?"

"I... I don't really know... How did you?" I questioned, tilting my head slightly. Her face grinned the slightest bit larger, Her body facing mine entirely. "In glad you asked.... You see, whenever I'm around a person long enough, talk to them often, or by any chance touch them phisically, I have the chance to remember their past... Sometimes it's from their point of view, and other times it's like watcing a movie. For instance, how I learned Celestes real name: I ended up coliding with her in the hallway at one point, due to not looking where I was going. She told me to be more careful, and left, but something made me stay there. I remembered a girl with long black pigtales playing outside, only to be called back in by her mother. At first I wasn't sure it was Celeste, that is, until she called herself by her made up name."

I listened patiently, finding the story kind of fitting for her. I always felt that Celeste was a bit off one way or another, but I could never put my finger on it. Everything made so much more sence when we found out her real name in the trial. and yet a question was begining to grow in my head. "Her mother was so angry at Celeste for using a different name," (y/n) explained, her face now showing what I assumed to be sadness, or maybe it was pity. "she slapped Celeste across the face, and yelled at her to never call herself it again."

"(y/n)... I'm sorry for interrupting you and shit, but I gotta ask... Why are you telling me all this?" l questioned, causing her to look down at the ground. There was silence for a couple of minutes, and I hoped that I hadn't upset her. I then heard a light chuckle from the girl, a soft smile running across her face. "I told you this... Becuase I trust you..." she mumbled, her face turning a light pink. Hearing this made my face grow increasingly warm, and her next couple words made all the difference. "I wanted to tell you sooner, but I didn't think you would believe me, nore did I know how to tell you. so, I've waited until recent to bring it up. I'm telling you all this because I trust you, Mondo. I really do."

"(y/n)... I, I trust you to... Well, actually, Its kinda a bit more then just... Ya know, trust." I stuttered out, scratching the back of my neck as my face grew even warmer then it already was. Without letting myself start thinking about it to much, I grabbed her hand, holding it between both of mine tightly, but not to the point it hurt. "The truth is that I... Well, I really... Really care about you (y/n). M-more then a friend, I mean. So, if you care the same way, well... I... What I'm trying to... Say is, well, uh... Ask is... WILL YOU BE MY GIRLFRIEND!?" I yelled out suddenly, making her jump a bit in place. The room grew silent, a shocked look on her face... I lowered my head for a second, thinking about what I could say to try and fix my outburst. I mean, I already had told her along the line somewhere about my many rejections, and my nervous habbit, but does that really matter? I looked up at her face again to apologize and...

...

...That's when I noticed that she had slowly started to smile...

Next thing I knew, she was laughing with her arms wrapped tightly around my torso, nuzzling her face into my neck. "Of course I will, Mondo! I like you to!" She giggled. I couldn't help but let the stupid grin just spread itself across my face, kissing her forehead before wrapping my arms tightly around her, hugging her close. She seemed so happy and full of life in this moment, and I was going to take all of it in. We both heard the announcement go off, but neither of us moved... Neither of us wanted to...

(A/n: You both are now a thing finally yay!)
