"Thank you." Chaeyoung said in his chest.

"Y-yah no problem." Taehyung hesitated to hug her back.

'He's so warm' Chaeyoung thought to herself.

"Umm are you okay." Taehyung asked.

"Yeah I'm fine." Chaeyoung answered.

Taehyung could tell that she was still scared and a little traumatized but tried to hide it.

They haven't been close like this in like 8 years.

This really brought back memories to when they were kids and always hung out.

Just since they grew up they slowly stopped talking.

Popularity, Business, Friends and all just made them drift apart.

Chaeyoung finally let go and backed up fixing her skirt that Bobby messed up and grabbing her backpack.

"I'll let the principal know about this." Taehyung put the pencil in her backpack pocket walking out.

"Hey." Chaeyoung called out grabbing a hold of his wrist real quick.

He slowly turned around.

"Can you...take me home?" She asked looking down.

"Umm yeah sure." Taehyung said forgetting all about meeting up with the other Hyungs for lunch.

They walked out of the classroom.

"I need to get my backpack real quick." Taehyung took a left and walked to his locker.

Chaeyoung could only follow him.

Chaeyoung chuckled looking into his locker.

"Is that your dog?"

Chaeyoung said looking at his locker that was filled with pictures of a fluffy black and brown dog.

"Yeah his names Yeontan, you got a problem with it?"

"Aye no need to get defensive here. He just reminds me of Jennie's dog Kuma."

They both laughed as he got his back and shut the locker.

Taehyung felt better knowing she wasnt as uncomfortable as before.

The hallways were empty and quiet since everyone was either at lunch or in class.

Taehyung opened the door and let Chaeyoung go out first.

"Ah my eyeballs!" They yelled in unison squinting at the bright sun burning their eyes.

They looked at eachother and started laughing even harder.

"Why have you not changed at all. You're still the same." Taehyung sighed.

"And you're not?" Chaeyoung rolled her eyes.

"Thought you would lose the attitude but I guess not."

"What was that?" Chaeyoung glared at him.

"Nothing nothing." Taehyung said.

Taehyung and Chaeyoung were walking to Taehyung car for a while now.

"Oh my god! How far did you park your car?" Chaeyoung cried.

"I didn't park it. We're walking to your house." Taehyung shrugged walking as Chaeyoung stopped in her tracks.

Taehyung kept on walking giggling.

He looked to the side but no one was there.

He turned around since Chaeyoung wasn't beside him anymore.
