Hey guys! Sorry had to repost because it was out of order :)

⚠️Trigger warning: Torture? Sort of⚠️

Screams.

That's all I'd hear, 24/7. The experiments they'd preform on people were painful, you could hear the echos throughout the building. They'd experiment on me too of course but I blacked out most the time. I squeeze my eyes shut and just imagine being reunited with my sweet Bucky.

He'd walk in with that beautiful smile of his and say "hey doll, d'ya miss me?" And I'd run into his arms and he'd hold me never letting me go again. He'd keep me safe.

I was pulled out of my fantasy world when I felt a shock around my neck. I screamed and tried to claw it off, but to no avail.

"Okay, she is ready." Someone in a lab coat nodded scribbling some things down before turning off the shock.

"Just let me go, please." I begged her weakly.

She ignored me and walked off tapping on a weird light up screen I had never seen before.

"Ah 414, you're awake." A man walked up to the cell door. "finally."

"Where am I?" I asked. "please just let me go."

He chuckled. "now why would I let my secret weapon just walk out ?"

"Secret weapon? What are you talking about?" I asked confused and still drowsy.

He chuckled. "ah it doesn't matter, you won't remember anyways."

"Remember? Remember what?" I asked.

He just chuckled. "grab her." He told two gaurds. They opened the cell and unchained me. "leave me alone!" I yelled pushing them back. I must have underestimated my strength because they both flew back hitting the wall.

"What the-?" I was cutt off when I felt the shock around my neck.

"Now, now, 414, that's not very nice." He said in a menacing tone. "The dosage is too high, let's lessen it." I heard him say.

"Please!" I yelled trying to pull it off again.

The shocks stopped and I calmed down. "why are you doing this?" I sobbed.

"Because, you're going to bring me my soldat." He smirked just as I felt a prick in my neck.

I looked over seeing a small dart and pulling it out. "who...?" I mumbled feeling myself get drowsy.

"Bring her to to the chair." He said and walked off right before I passed out.

I finally made it back to my hideout and pulled out my encrypted phone answering the awaited call.

"How did it go 414?" My handler asked me. "Has the target been eliminated?"

"The avengers were there. They alerted the target and kept me from completing my mission." I said.

I heard a sigh. "You know what this means..."

"I do. I accept my punishment." I glanced at the mirror before quickly looking away.

"Very well, come back to the base immediately." He said.

I hung up the phone and quickly gathered my things. I should have told him that my identity was compromised, but I knew the punishment would be more severe. I've never lied to my handler before, I don't know why now is any different. I stopped for a moment feeling my head pounding. I groaned and leaned against the wall for support. The headaches have become more frequent lately. I should tell my handler about this too but I don't want to seem weak. I can handle it.

After the pain settled to an even amount, I picked up my things and walked out to my motorcycle. Making my way back to headquarters.

I drove down the empty road for what felt like hours, I had a weird feeling in my chest, almost like I didn't want to go back. That's ridiculous though, this is my home. I shook it off and pulled up to an abandoned building.

I stopped next to the hidden security post, "hail Hydra." I said into the microphone.

As per usual, the ground started moving and a secret entrance to the underground facility opened. I drove down the path and stopped making sure it was closed and no one followed me. Once I was sure, I parked my bike in the usual place and made my way to find my handler.

"Ah, 414. There you are." He walked up to me.

I nodded. "sir."

"To your room, 414." He grabbed my elbow tightly pulling me, even though I knew the way. "I found something interesting while you were gone." He said.

"What's that sir?" I asked.

"Your face, on the avengers database!" He fummed.

My eyes widened. "w-what? That's not possible."

"Well, it happened." He threw me into the room. "and you'll be paying for it."

I nodded. "yes sir, I apologise."

"In position." He ordered.

I nodded and pulled my shirt off and tossing it aside. I stared at the concrete wall for a second before grasping the metal handles and gripping them tight.

"You know this hurts me more than it hurts you." He said sounding almost convincingly guilty as he grabbed the whip from the drawer.

I nodded. "I understand." I closed my eyes bracing for the impact. After a moment the familiar sting on my back appeared and I kept my mouth shut hoping it would be over soon.

Steve paced in his room. "I should tell him, right?" He mumbled to himself. Steve always made better decisions when he'd talk them through outloud. "No I can't." He groaned.

There was a knock on the door before it slowly opened. "How are you doing Steve?" Bucky asked walking in.

"I'm fine, why?" He crossed his arms defensively.

He chuckled. "Wanda said that if you keep pacing you're going to end up falling into her room.

Steve shook his head. "sorry, I didn't realize."

Bucky walked over. "what's going on Steve I know you." He placed a hand on Steve's shoulder.

Steve sighed closing his eyes. "I want to tell you Buck, I do. I just-" he groaned turning away from him.

"Just what Steve? If your worried about me don't. I can't handle it. Whatever Tchalla did helped me a lot more than you think. I'm not going to break." He said. "we've never kept secrets. Please don't start now." He almost begged.

"She's alive." Steve mumbled.

"Who is?" Bucky asked confused.

Steve kept quiet.

"Come on, don't shy away now."

"Olivia. Olivia is alive." Steve said turning to look at Bucky.

Bucky stepped back. "what do you mean she's alive? She can't be, she's dead. We read the report Steve. She was sick."

"I don't know how she's alive but, she is Bucky. She's alive." Steve smiled.

Bucky glared at Steve. "this is a sick joke you're playing Steve. You've gone too far." He turned his back on Steve and walked out.

My knees hit the ground after the last hit. My body couldn't take it anymore. The pain was too much to bear. My grip slipped from the handles and I fell onto my side.

"I'm sorry about this 414, I hope you learn from your mistake." He says and walks out.

As I'm on the verge of passing out a single word falls from my lips. "James..." I mumbled and then it all went black.
