Chapter 13:
He smiled and kissed me.
"You scared the shit out of me, you know that? I thought I ruined everything!" He yelled. I laughed and he laughed.
"How could I say no to you?" I ask. He laughed and jumped up. "What are you doing, Hayes?"
"We're gonna go tell my mom. Duhhh." He says.
"What if she won't want us to be together?" I ask. He takes my hand in his and walks to the kitchen.
"Mom, there's something i need to tell you." He says, hiding our hands behind his back. She looks at us.
"What is it sweetie?" She says with a smile.
"Well, Abbie and I are dating." He says and shows her our hands. She smiles and pulls us into a group hug.
"I always knew it was going to happen!" She says. We all smile. "And I trust you guys a lot. Don't let me loose that trust. Okay? No funny business." She confirms.
"You don't have to worry about that." I say. She smiles.
"I know." She laughs and I laugh too. Hayes looks at me and smiles.
"Oh get a room you too!" She teases. We both laugh and walk to Hayes' room. Nash should be getting home any time now so we can tell him the news. I wonder what he will say.
