Chapter 17

Hannah's pov

"What are we gonna do Hiccup?" I asked

"Wait! Where is Emma?!" Heather asked yelling.

"She left after she got done preparing the extra huts. She said she needed to leave because her mom is sick" Hiccup explained.

"Oh yeah. I remember, she told us she only came back her to see Hiccup and make sure he was alright" Camille said.

"Wait. I thought she ran away from her home. Does that mean she will stay there and her people know she is still alive?" Hiccup asked obviously confused.

"She wanted to see her mom, and they made up. Emma forgave her and only Emma's mom knows she is alive. She said she will be staying in a cave near her old tribe to take care of her mom and catch up a little. She will be back." I explained.

"Oh ok, I hope her mom feels better" Merida said

"Anyways. Let's go ask Freya for help again she might know what to do" Jack suggested.

"But the necklace was destroyed during the battle" I said

"But she might know something else that can stop Morgana" Hiccup said hopeful.

"Ok, let's go today after we get some sleep. I need some sleep!!" Heather said.

"What about Astrid and the others?" Merida asked.

"They are gonna have to come with us. We can't leave Astrid here, we don't know when Morgana is gonna make the first move" Hiccup said

"We can't tell them about what's going on. They don't know what they are up against, and they might do something stupid like, just attack Morgana with weapons and no plan. They're VIKINGS. They are stubborn and mindless, well most of them" i said.

"It's an occupational hazard" hiccup said

"We'll just tell them that we are getting supplies. Cami and Ella will distract them by giving them a tour of the island, and the rest of us will talk to Freya and leave as soon as possible. We don't want them getting suspicious" Heather explained.

"Got it" Camille and Camilla said at the same time.

"I hope Freya can tell us of there is another way to defeat Morgana" Merida said hopeful.

"Alright let's all wake up at 8 and meet up at the arena. It's a 3 hour dragon ride to Freya's island" Hiccup said.

Everybody nodded and left, all except me and Hiccup. I sat down and Hiccup looked at me with a worried look. He put his arm around me.

"What's wrong sis?" Hiccup asked me.

"It's just remember what happened before we imprisoned Morgana. She killed our mom. I can't just pet that go, maybe now I can finally avenge her. Let's not imprison her again, let's kill her this time" I said looking into his sorrowful eyes.

"Hannah that's not who you are. You don't kill people"

"But she killed our mother!!"

"I know, I miss her too. But she would not want you to become murderers"

"But before the Romans found you, you were killing people to take out your anger. Didn't that feel good?" I asked hiccup.

"Yes, but once you kill it's very hard to stop. Trust me. I regretted it a lot" hiccup said looking sad.

"Fine. But at LEAST let me SLAP her in the face" I said

"Go ahead!" Hiccup said smiling.

"We better go to bed. Good luck sleeping in the same bed with your childhood crush" I said waving at him.

"How did you know I would be sleeping IN the same bed with her?"

"Heather came in my hut and literally screamed the fact that my big bro is going to sleep with his longtime crush" said smiling.

"Ok. Well, night sis"

"Night, big bro."

When I opened the door to my hut, I took out a drawing of Me, Hiccup and Our Mom. I started sobbing cause I misses her so much. I put the drawing back in the drawer and went upstairs into my room. I eventually cried myself to sleep...

Hiccup's pov

After I talked with Hannah and watched her leave the clubhouse, a tear escaped my eye.

I missed my mom soo much. I met her only a year after I left berk and I lost her again. It must be way harder for Hannah since she grew up with mom and I only knew her 2 years.

When I reached my hut and opened the door, I could hear in my head Hannah crying over mom's lifeless body.

To be honest I wanted to get revenge on Morgana too, just like Hannah. But I couldn't go back to killing people, it's not me anymore.

I sigh and head upstairs into my room, finding sound asleep Astrid on my bed. I chuckled when I heard her snore. I silently walk to the left side of the bed and lay down.

While Astrid is in the right bed and I am on the left, I slowly close my eyes going into the darkness.

Suddenly I hear a piercing scream.......
