Tweek's POV
I rub my eyes as I sit up in my bed. Throwing the covers off of my unwilling legs, I pick up my phone and check the time.

2 unread messages from Craigory

The notification instantly woke me as I eagerly tapped on his message. Craig had set up a deal with me. Every morning, he would make sure that I woke up to a message from him that would make me feel good. In return, I had to fall asleep.

Craigory: Good Morning sleeping beauty, it's nice to know that you're getting well rested :)

Craigory: Hey apparently the spring fair's back in town wanna go?

Me: I don't lknow, I'mm not really a fan of roller coasters

Craigory: Pleaseeeee

Me: Fine

Craigory: Great! I'll be over in like 15 minutes

Me: ookay

Only Craig could make me comply in such a short amount of time. I push myself out of bed and took the quickest shower I have probably ever taken. I throw on a random dark green hoodie with some white ripped skinny jeans. Scratch that, very skinny! Maybe even too skinny. I think I should chan-

Never mind. I checked my phone, again.

He's a little early. I tumbled downstairs, nearly knocking down a plant on the bottom step. I opened the door quickly with a smile on my face.

Smiles can be as bright as the sun, but only last a second in the end. Especially when the thing that you expected would bring you joy wasn't the thing you opened the door to. That sounds way too metaphorical. What I meant was that when I opened the door with a wide grin on my face, I was expecting Craig. Not Pete.

"Pete," I started with a facepalm, "What are you doing here?"

"Well, uh, you see, I'm not entirely sure what I did wrong," he stumbled through his words and scratched the back of his neck.

"Well, I guess it's not you, it's me," I told him.

"What about you?" Pete asked, innocently.

"I made a mistake," Pete frowned as I continued speaking, "There's this other boy, you know, Craig, and well I never realized it before, but he makes me feel safe and wanted and happy..." I trailed off continuing to list the reasons why Craig was so fantastic in my mind as Pete hung his head.

"Fuck!" He yelled, kicking the wall beside my door and taking a deep breath, "I knew it was too good to be true. That's what I get for going after a head case." Pete's words stung into my heart, and I didn't know how to respond.

What I didn't expect, however, was for Pete to turn around and fall straight down with a painful groan. As I gawked down at Pete's fallen figure, i noticed another figure in front of me. "Craig? When did you get here?"
