So- random moment.  I'm suddenly a motivational speaker feel free to skip this.  So ya girl has hated her body since she was like 8? Yeah about that age.  And I tried a million diet plans, many health, many not healthy and made very little process because as soon as the diet stopped I'd get fat again. 
Then I started goin to the gym the last year or so, not very consistently and not pushing myself much so the results aren't as drastic as some people's because I'm still fucking lazy af
I just want you to see this and realize that... it's possible to change slowly and while physically I'm not great mentally I'm a lot better because I don't want to kill myself everyrime I eat a piece of pizza etc

Yeah I got even paler shhhhh but I have still have so much work to do to be able to feel beautiful... but I hope this encourages someone cause it's kinda hella scary to show people 👀
