~Skyler's POV~
I dunno, I may be adopted, but I didn't know my parent likes butter... actual butter to be exact. I only say butter because i like saying that. Even though I was a child the first minute, then an adult the second. I didn't have my own room either, and my own new clothes, so I just snatched a pair of Sky's clothes and Ty's pants.
"I'll explain to them later." I said to myself as I walked outside. I looked behind to see Mitch with his new checkered hood, and his bow made out of diamonds.
"Hey, Skyler, do you need your weapon? He asked me.
"I'll just make my own, until Sky gives me the butter." I said.
"Did I hear someone say BUTTER?!" I heard Sky scream in his bathroom.
"Run!" Jerome says as he runs out of the bathroom. Mitch started running to the living room, while I saw Sky with a stash of butter in his hands. He started throwing some in the air, but I kept kicking every piece of butter Sky threw and kicked it back to him.
"Whoa!" Sky exclaimed as he dodge a piece of butter I kicked. He kept throwing some, and I kept kicking it back. One eventually got into Sky's face, which was pretty funny.
"Ack! When butter strikes by your own, adopted daughter." Sky said as he wiped the butter smears.
"Touché." I smiled as I got a towel and cleaned Ty's pair of shoes. Just then, Ty came out of our room to see me in Sky's clothes and his pants shoes.
"You're wearing our clothes?" Ty asked. Sky looked up to realize that I was wearing his shirt.
"Does it look like it? I have no other clothes." I said. "Sky, give me butter."
"Okay." Sky replied as he started to get a piece of butter.
"NO! I mean the other one so i can make a sword." I protested quickly.
"Oh, duh." Sky said as he pulled a gold ingot from his pocket.
"Thanks." I said as I went downstairs.
As i walked down, I saw everyone else in the living room.
"Okay, everyone here, not filled with butter?" Aaliyah asked. Sky started to pull some out again, but I turned to him and kicked all of the butter from his hands, then kicked it to the trash can.
"Whoa! Nice kicks!" Ian, I couldn't tell which one, said. I turned to him and smiled.
"Alright, Ian, lead the way!" James said.
"Which one?" Sky groaned.
"WALDO IAN!" James exclaimed as he fell on the floor laughing. I did the same.
"Okay!" The Ian that looked like 'Waldo' said as everyone followed him as I thought what to do about my weapon. Then i got an idea. I got a sharp stick and started to cut part of the ingot to make the blade. I then grabbed another stick that was sturdy enough to be a handle of my new weapon. Ian, the one with the sunglasses, looked over to see my golden dagger.
"Nice crafting skills. With butter to!" Ian chimed. Behind me, I saw Sky get a piece of butter from his pocket. I threw my dagger at the piece of butter, and the dagger landed on the tree.
"Hey! I was gonna eat that instead of throwing it!" Sky lied.
"I know you're lying." I smirked as I grabbed my dagger and continue to follow the team. Then, ahead of me, I saw a path that had grass, ash, and blood.
"This must be it." James said.
"Ah, it wreaks!" Aaliyah complained, as she covered her nose with her shirt. The rest did the same, except for Jerome.
"What do you mean? It smells awesome!" Jerome smiled.
"You're a dirty, smelly, bacca. I'll admit that." Mitch said, using his hand to fan away the smell.
"Did you guys notice that we didn't bring a light source to light up this dark, smelly forest?" Quentin asked. I looked down at my dagger. It shined in the light, and I saw little light beams in the forest.
"Just go in..." I muttered.
"What?" Ty asked me.
"Just go in... I have an idea." I said louder.
"Okay... We trust you, Skyler." Jason said, as I slowly walked into the forest with my dagger in my hand. I saw the first light beam, and I used my dagger to light up the forest.
"Nice move! Even if magic changed you, you got ideas!" Jerome said, following my lead.
"Hey... how do you see the light beams, but not us?" Jason asked me.
"Well, i looked at the trees to see if there were any light beams, and I did see a few." I explained to him.
"You're like survival girl." Mitch joked. I tried to hold back a laugh.
"Let's keep going." I said. Time passed as I continued to light up the forest with my dagger. Then I got a new idea.
"Wait, instead of me lighting me up the forest every minute, I'm going to need some fire, and a good bow shooter. I looked at Mitch and Jason.
"Wait, us?" Jason asked. I nodded.
"Mitch, get a bunch of leaves, and Jason, when I say so, light up your jetpack." I explained. Mitch came back with a bunch of leaves on an arrow.
"Okay Jason! NOW!" I said as Jason activated his jetpack. I snatched the arrow from Mitch and put it under the jetpack. The arrow was then on fire.
"Jason you can stop now!" I screamed. Jason stopped his jetpack as I carefully gave the arrow to Mitch. He used his bow to shoot it across the forest. There was a portal nearby when Mitch shot the arrow.
"Well?" Sky asked me from behind.
"I saw this portal when Mitch shot the arrow. It looked blood red or something." I explained.
"That must be the portal." Aaliyah said.
"Well, what're we waiting for!?" Mitch asked as he started to walk to the portal.
Until a dark figure that looked like a human appeared in front of Mitch.
