Chapter 33

Winter threw a fireball at the wall and it opened something up for a moment.

"What was that?" I asked.

"That was a one second portal." She exclaimed.

"How were you able to do that?"

"Let's just say it took a whole lot of energy." She said. I gave her a look but she just continued talking. "I'm fine Killian. Soon I will be strong enough to do this."

"Are you sure?"

"Why would I put myself through this if I wasn't sure?"

"I just don't want you to get hurt."

"Do you think I want to?" She asked. "Sorry for some reason I have been more moody than normal recently."

"It's fine." I said. "I would be moody too if I had to hang out with Pan."

"True." She said. "Can I ask you something?"

"Aye."

"Would you have ever liked me if you didn't meet me here?" 

"Aye." 

"Really?"

"Would I lie to you?" 

"Who knows." She commented.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"You've lied to me before."

"I'm a different person now."

"Are you really?"

"You don't see me trying to seduce you?" 

"Uh, no."

"Then I have changed."

"You seduced women in your past?"

"Aye."

"And that's why I've always hated pirates."

"Hey."

"Well it's true." She said. "Technically I hated you."

"The crocodile made you dislike me."

"Oh no you did that all on your own."

"Thanks for making me feel good."

"No problem." She said.

"You amaze me love."

"So do you dearie." She replied. I laughed at her comment and we continued to talk.

"Hook." I asked.

"Yes?"

"Were you impressed?"

"By what?"

"My 1 second portal?"

"Sure love." He said. I opened up my hand and I created a fireball. "I'm sorry I was impressed."

"Thank you." I smirked.

"Wow what has this world come to?"

"What?"

"You're smirking."

"I only smirk when I feel like it."

"So it was necessary now?"

"Definitely."
