Ch 5

The ride seemed to take forever.

I didn’t talk to Kras and he didn’t bother either, he just stroked the snake slowly and it wrapped itself around him.

I silently changed now and again, because I was bored.

I turned into a fly, a kitten, a wolf, lynx, monkey and a dessert fox, which I just stayed as.

"Aura" Kras said, breaking the silence with his smooth voice.

I turned my head to him, twitching my ears.

He raised his eyebrows at the guys who had gone quite to listen so I walked over to sit in his lap, putting my two front paws on his chest so he could talk quietly in my ear.

"I want you to keep quiet, don’t say anything unless you have too and play along with me" He said in my ear.

I growled at him and walked off; I was not going to help him if he'd done something wrong, this wasn’t my problem.

I curled up into a small ball right into the corner of the van and closed my eyes.

I wasn’t asleep so I felt the snake curl itself around me. At first I thought it wanted to eat me but after a minute the snake’s big head rested on my stomach and I drifted off again.
