screams of surprise and fear ring through the hallways as a hound and a raccoon run through, the raccoon on the hound's back, Ryker sighs and raises an eyebrow at the pair who instantly moves to the classroom they were so used to hanging out in, for the past month the group of four had hung out with their favorite professor and finally they were Animagi, the Raccoon hops off the hound and shifts back, Justine sighs and turns to look at Ryker while the hound shifts back into Lee, "seriously you two, what did you do this time?", "Okay, wasn't our fault this time", "is that so", "yeah, Jordan screwed with our experiment with his little lemur hands", "where is Sash in all this?", "studying", Ryker shakes his head, "of course, where is the lemur?", as if on cue Jordan walks into the room, "sorry guys", "one job you idiot, this is why we don't let you do this stuff with us!", Justine yells at the boy, Lee sitting back in his chair, "I'm sorry god, chill out", "boy, you could have gotten us caught", Ryker shakes his head and watches as both kids turn into their animal forms, running at each other, he swiftly walks over picking up both, Justine by the scruff of the neck and Jordan by the tail, both trying to claw at each other, "enough!", he growls, Justine deciding to back down first, he places her down and she shifts back, Jordan going next.
Hermione smiles as she walks into Ryker's class seeing him leaning on his desk, eating while four students sit around, two girls talking to him while the two males run around, one of the females turns, "well, I guess this is our queue to leave", she says, Ryker looks to where Justine was looking and smiles at Hermione, a warm, calm smile, "come of lads", Justine says to Lee and Jordan who run out of the room, Sasha shakes her head, "good afternoon Ryker, Miss Granger", Justine smiles and chases after the pair, Sasha picks up her bag and smiles at both walking instead of running out the door, shutting it behind her, "favorite students, I'm guessing?", Hermione asks, "could say that", Ryker smiles placing down his food and taking her hands in his own, "who are they?", "all second years, tall one with curly light orange-brown hair is Lee, A Ravenclaw, another boy is Jordan, Gryffindor, the one who spoke is Justine, a Slytherin and the last and in my opinion, responsible and more careful one is Sasha", "the whole collection", Ryker smiles and shakes his head, "they're your friends I'm guessing", "honestly at this point, might as well be", Hermione wraps her arms around Ryker's neck, Ryker placing his hands on her hips with a smile, "what are you doing here, Miss Granger?", "coming to see my amazing boyfriend who will be coming to a dinner with the Weasleys", "does he have to", "yup", she smiles and pecks his lips, "your lucky I love you", "I know", she hums and Ryker pulls her close, "I better be getting something for this", Ryker teases, "you will", Hermione teases back, "this time don't leave hickeys on me, Justine saw them so easily and made a point to tease me about them", Hermione pulls back and looks up at Ryker, bursting out laughing, "sometimes your too gently Ry", "as you said she's a friend", he smiles kissing her forehead, enjoying the time he had with her before next class.
Ryker and Hermione walk towards the Burrow, hand in hand seeing lights coming from behind the house, they walk around and Molly instantly spots them rushing over to hug them, "it's good to see you both", she says kissing both on the cheek, "you too Molly", Hermione says, "Ryker", the male looks to his sister and smiles, separating from Hermione and Molly, walking over to his sister, "Maven how are you", he grins and hugs her, "doing great", she smiles, "hows Seth and Nenya, it's been awhile", "they're actually here somewhere, so is Azar and Peter", "right here big brother", Ryker turns to Azar and smiles Azar hugging him, Ryker hugging back, "how are you both", Ryker asks as he separates from the younger Ericsson, "we're good, finally aurors", Peter says with a smile, "hows Hogwarts", "quite, most of the time", "most of the time?", Maven asks, "yeah i got four little rascals, three of them are worse, one of them is more responsible, the Weasley twins would love them", "who would we love?", Fred asks, heading over with his brother, "well you'd love two of them more, but two little pranksters", "names?", "Justine Bowman and Lee Potts", "oh them two, your right we love them, always there over breaks and holidays, quite entertaining to hear what they do", "cause a mess and somehow get away with it", "but aren't you a teacher?", Azar asks, "okay I might be but doesn't mean I want them to stop making school so entertaining", this causes the group to laugh, Ryker, though occasionally strict was more tolerant than most, he liked the trouble, anyone would tell, "so big brother, when are you thinking about proposing to miss Granger", Ryker sighs looking to his sister, "don't know, I want to, believe me I do but things are still settling, if you know what I mean", the group nod, knowing exactly what he meant, it would take a little while longer for those involved with the second wizarding war to settle, Ryker was definitely still settling even though it was hard for him.
