As you can tell, this takes place in the same continuity written by CharaDemonChild when she wrote A Sunset's Last Sunset. And she gave me permission to write several stories based on her novel. So yes, I'm going to also write a sequel that takes place after ASLS. And it may feature a certain ninja turtle best known for being cool, but rude. 😉
Anyway, like many who read the story, I saw that one of the things that caused Sunset to be the way she was is because of the way her parents drove her away. And I thought, there has to be a reason why her parents acted so cruel. Then I thought of my OC, and thus, I thought of the perfect story. And the cover art was provided by my friend Emma Devos. It only made sense to feature the characters from My Little Pony The Movie. Yeah, the timeline is a little inaccurate from the movie, and for that, I apologize. And my sister approved of the idea of having Capper be Garrett's cell-mate. Kind of the Red to Garrett's Andy Dufresne. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this story.
