"Come on get up" my dad yelled.

I rolled out of bed hitting the floor hard and cursed quietly before getting up and changed in the pleasant darkness of my room. I pulled on a white t shirt a blue pair of jeans black trainers and finally a big Gray hoodie with the words 'shy boy' printed in white lettering. I was almost 6 foot but I was built like a stick, my pale skin looked unnatural with my strange yellow eyes, the only normal thing about me was my dark hair which was untameable. I started down stairs where I saw mum leaving for work while shouting 'Have a good day both of you, have fun and play nice'. The last bit was manly for dad because he causes a lot of trouble for his complaining customer. Dad was in the kitchen sorting out toast for us both, I when to the fridge and pulled out the orange juice and drank it straight out of the carton.

"Oi you don't have time to take it easy go one get ready" He said spotting me I just nodded at him. I was meant to be my first day at a new school but it was already a quarter way through the year.

I was kind of nervous, but I should be used to it, as I normal hop around different schools as I always get picked on for my eyes hopefully this time will be different plus the contacts will help. I rushed to the bathroom to put in my contacts which were a normal green, I struggle to put them in as they feel just as strange and unnatural as my actual eyes.

"Hey sky we need to leave and your breakfast is getting cold" Dad shouted up at me; With that I returned to my room grabbed a black back pack and shoved a pad and a pen in side before going down stairs. In the kitchen was three slices of toast on some tissue, I grabbed it without any complaints and went to join my dad in the car.

"Great first day right" he said full of energy while I was rubbing my eyes.

"Yeah" I said lamely but I couldn't really say anything else.

"Don't do that your gonna make your eye sore" Dad said while batting one of my hands away in an attempt to make me stop.

"Yeah I know" I wasn't much of a talker but my parents knew this all to well.

"You still hate mornings" he asked me with a worried look.

"Yep always has and always will do" I said with a bit of pep.

Before I knew it I was outside my new school. People filter through the front gates, bending in should be easy I muttered a 'later' dad before leaving and joint the masses. My first job as getting my time table from reception, to my luck it wasn't hard to find but getting to it was another thing, everyone headed through reception and back outside. Managing to get there the lady behind the desk look up at me with a present smile and asked

"What can I help you with dear" her voice was pleasant.

"Err I'm here to get my time table you see I'm new here" I explained quietly.

"Sure thing what name is it?" she asked while looking at her computer.

"Sky, Sky willows" I stuttered.

"Right here you are" she said hand me a piece of paper that she just printed

"And if you get lost ask a teacher and they will know where you need to be" she waved goodbye to me.
"Thank you" as I turned to find my class early.

I looked at my lessons for the day, 5 period's maths, science, double English and art, not bad really but double English, end me now. I spent the rest of the time wondering around trying to plot out where my lessons are. I found my maths and English but the rest are still a mystery. I noticed students were allowed in the class room be for class even stared. In my maths there where a big groups of people near the front of the room, so I sort of willed myself in the room and sat at the back for the room waiting for the class to start.

I slowly began to notice that one of the girls from the group kept glancing at me; somehow it made me very nervous and uneasy but also happy and flustered. She had short hair that looked like it was dyed a light shade of blue, her eyes looked false I guess the way mine should look with the contacts so was she wearing some too? She was wearing skin tight clothes that showed off her carvery figure also she held herself with confidence but the look on her face was one of discuss as one of the boys snaked an arm around her waist and attempted to pull her on to him. She turned on the spot to face him and slapped him hard, he quickly removed his arm and was now nursing his cheek I heard her say 'hands off' be for she jabbed him in the ribs and walked away now he was on the floor groaning. I'm taking a guess that she is the local bad girl but why did she keep looking at me?
