It's been a total of 4 days since Boxing Day and Cleo hadn't been able to stop thinking about Joe every single one of those days, and the fact she was in love with him. Boxing Day had firmly confirmed her love for Joe and it scared her a little. What if when she told him, he didn't feel the same? What if in the last few days he had changed his mind about her and didn't want her anymore? Tomorrow was New Years Eve, the day of the big party where she would see Joe again, so she wanted to clear her head and get her thoughts together before she saw him.
