Felix's POV

I can't believe this.
I leave for TWO FUCKING DAYS and she goes and kisses my best friend?!!

It just doesn't sound like her at all.

Actually, it doesn't sound like either of them.

I don't think I have the full story. I'm gonna ring her.

No, I can't do that. I might snap at her again and I don't want to make her feel worse.

I'll call Chan.

"Hello?"

"Hyung, we need to talk. I need you to tell me exactly what happened."

He takes a while to reply.

"What did Y/N say happened?"

I think back to what she told me, the words I've been going over for the past two hours.

"She said that she was sad about not getting any texts from me so you were comforting her. But then you were really close to each other and kissed, but it didn't mean anything."

Chan pauses again.

"She didn't say who kissed who?"

"What does that mean? Wait, did she kiss you?!"

"No, no, Felix, it was my fault. I was the one that kissed her, she didn't do anything. We were just hanging out for a while and I got caught up, I'm sorry, I really have no excuse for why I did it."

Why did Y/N not say that it was Chan who kissed her? Why did she leave out that very important detail?!

"Um, okay. So... it didn't mean anything to you?"

"Of course not, that would be so wrong if I was starting to fall for your girlfriend... no."

Is he lying?

"You're right, it would be."

More silence. Why hasn't he responded? I feel like he's not telling me something...

"Um, well I think you should call Y/N and apologise for cracking at her before. The kiss wasn't her fault at all and it would have taken so much of her to tell you what happened."

"Okay, thanks for telling me the full story though. There's nothing else, is there?"

"Nope, nada."

Shit, it didn't work.

"Okay, I'll talk to you later on maybe then. See you."

"Bye."

Chan hangs up in the middle of saying bye like he couldn't wait to get off the phone.
Somethings up with him, but I'll ask him about it when I get back.

I need to call Y/N.

She answers straight away but doesn't say anything.

"Hey, Y/N... I'm sorry about before."

"No it's okay, I deserved it."

"No, you didn't. I didn't mean to get angry, I was just in shock. I really didn't expect that to happen with someone like you."

"Someone like me?"

"Someone who is the most innocent person I've met but who still manages to invade my mature thoughts.
And the way you react whenever I make a move, it was just surprising, that was the last thing I thought I'd be hearing about you."

She doesn't reply.

"I called Chan."

"You did?"

She sounds worried.

"Don't freak out, I didn't get angry at him. I just wanted him to explain what happened exactly... he told me it was him that kissed you. Why didn't you say that before?"

"I didn't want you to get angry at him, it wasn't his fault. I shouldn't have gotten so close to him, and I didn't want you to be angry at two people. I'd rather have someone really angry at me than pissed at both me and my friend."

Damn. She's so nice. I really need to fix this.

"Okay."

We both pause.

"I'll text you later on tonight then, okay?"

"Okay, Felix."

"Bye."

I hang up before I have to hear her voice again, it's too painful to hear her but not be able to touch her.

I want to be with her so bad.
