Chapter 8: Tired

Jiang Cheng pov.

The four of us, me, Lan Wangji, Wei Wuxian, and Lan XiChen, we're waiting for Lan Shizui to bring medic.

Wei Wuxian still a little bit sulking and won't talk much to us. Feels a bit strange since he usually can't close his mouth more than 5 minute.

So the air is really quiet and awkward.

What's taking you so long Lan Shizui?!

"Ehm... I need to go to bathroom" Wei Wuxian stood up. Lan Wangji too.

"What? Need to go to bathroom too?" Wei Wuxian asked. Lan Wangji shook his head.

"Oh" Then Wei Wuxian walk to bathroom... And Lan Wangji followed too.

Right in front of the door Wei Wuxian turned his back. "You don't have to follow me! I'm not going to run away!" He yelled while puffing his cheeks then leave. But Lan Wangji still followed him.

I shake my head.

"Ahaha.. They're cute" Lan XiChen giggled.

I didn't respond him and decide to play with my finger.

I suddenly realize that there's only the two of us in this room. My heart keep thumping like crazy and I feel my face hot.

"Sect leader Jiang? Are you sick?" He asked while get closer to me.

Don't get closer dammit!!

"W-what? There's no way I can be sick!!"

I lift my head and looking at him. And my heart almost stop beating. His face is really close.

"Erm.. Sect leader Lan what are you doing?! You're too close!!"

"But you don't mind, right?" He smiled gently.

I blushed again. Damn he's right.

I stiffened, don't know what should I respond.

Lan XiChen pov.

He's bright red.

I looked at Jiang Cheng face that looks so cute right now with angry and bright red face. So cute.

Now I'm sure he's interested with me. Should I tease him a bit more?

I got closer to him, and he suddenly shut his eyes.

Did he expect me to kiss him?

I smirked. Oh no, my hearts thumps.

*doors open*

"Dad, I bring the- A-ah... Pardon me, Sect Leader Lan, Sect Leader Jiang"

Jiang Cheng looking at me, he panicked.

"It's okay. I talk to him later" I patted his head. He slowly nodded. We sit back properly then letting Lan Shizui and the medic come in.

Not long after that, brother in law and my brother come back.

Wei Wuxian pov.

"Please lay down young master Wei" The medic say.

"What? Aren't you the one who checked me last time. You only need to say the truth right? No need to check again" I rises my tone.

"Do it" Lan Zhan said.

I pouted and laying on the bed.

"Your clothes, you master Wei"
