Phone Call

James' POV
*ring ring*. My phone starts buzzing. I pause the show I was watching on my tv.
I glance at the caller ID. Grinning at Grayson's name.

I answer the phone immediately.
On the phone:
Grayson: Hey hun
James: Hi daddy, what's up?
Grayson: Absolutely nothing. Just calling to check up. That's all
I blush at Grayson's response.
James: Aww Gray, that's so cute.
Grayson: I can only try. Besides, I did say earlier that I would call you.
James: I know. I couldn't be happier
Grayson: Mood, seriously. But anyways. What are you watching?
James: keeping up with the Kardashians. Cause I'm bored and have nothing else do.
I chuckle into the phone speaker.
Grayson giggles back.
Grayson: Wow. So original...btw James-
James: Yes babe
Grayson: I love you
James: Aww. I love you so much too
Grayson: anyways James. I'm going to sleep now. Goodnight, sweet dreams
James: Have a sister sweet dream too, Grayson.
I say as Grayson laughs into the speaker. Laughing at my response.
Off the phone:
We both hang up our phone.

Grayson's POV
I smiled as I put my phone down.
I lay down on my bed. Still smiling to myself.

I grab my laptop and start it up. I open up the editing app.
I select the newest video I need to edit. I focus my eyes on the screen.
Trying my best not to be distracted with thoughts by James while I edit...
