I am, at present
living one of the most 'human' of experiences
ever experienced by other persons-
You know the one.
Where the alien
tries to fit into a form of government-
Does that ring a bell?
Others also have stories to tell,
about how we all feel similar things,
yet communities are disastrous,
enabling young men to commit
heinous acts of rebellion
against people they should
be shaking hands with.
However, such a sentiment
doesn't bring everyone into agreement,
despite how moderate it is,
for no matter how much money I seem
to write the amount of all over a check,
the magic pervades me every second.
Such an experience is universal
and, for everyone, is it not destined?
But when you're in the thick of it,
the eyes are always on you,
judging every turn you trip over.
When you finally break
after a week of things you overlooked --
the mishaps throughout which built up --
you'll merely call the attention
of those who are tough on forgiveness,
the water in their eyes turning to ice
when they realize
that you're not the guy
they had surmised.
