We withheld conversation until we were done eating, and then his stood.
"Would you, um, mind if I use your shower?" He asked shyly. Adorable.
"If you brought spare clothes." I say. He smiled and held up some light grey sweatpants, and a white long-sleeved shirt, then proceeding to the bathroom.
While he was in there I played with Blue, using his favorite stuffed toy, a moose. I'd toss it and he'd bring it back, and we repeated this process until I heard footsteps outside. I threw the toy one last time before the door swung open, revealing a welcoming face.
Georgia had a big smile on her face as she stepped inside, but as she opened her mouth to speak, I head a click behind me, and Maxon stepped out of the bathroom.

I could feel the tension rise in the air. Georgia's smile had disappeared under Maxon's cold stare. I roll my eyes, did he really think she would be standing here smiling at me if she was a threat? Georgia caught this and a smile I could see she was struggling to hold back was spreading across her face.
Before we knew it, we were clutching our stomachs laughing, tears streaming down our faces. Not only because of my eye roll, but because the most Maxon could look intimidating in his night clothes is about as scary as a puppy.
Maxon turned to me, confused, and then turned back to Georgia.
"I don't understand?" he said, glancing from me clutching my stomach, kneeling on the bed laughing - to Georgia, bending over, swiping tears away from her eyes while also laughing. This just made us laugh harder.
I walk over, with my knees so it's more of a waddle, and embrace him from behind, putting my chin on his shoulder to look at Georgia.
"Sweetie," I say, "this is my friend Georgia. She was the one who saved me from the southern rebels." He contemplated this for a moment while me and Georgia exchanged conversation with our eyes.
"What is he going to do?" Her eyes ask.
I shrug.
"Well, do we just wait?"
"I guess."
Maxon cuts us out of our 'conversation'.
"Well, any friend of America's is a friend of mine, and any person that saves America, I owe dearly." He bowed, and she curtsied back. "Well I assume you want to catch up," he said, speaking to both of us, "so I'll leave you for a bit." He kisses me on the forehead and leaves.
"You two are so cute together." She gushes. I roll my eyes again, a smile spreading across my face.
"So, what did you need me for?"
"Wait what? How did you know, I haven't sent the letter yet."
"I was watching my computer cameras." She said with a shrug. I nod, understanding.
"I assume you saw what happened to me, three days ago, was it?" I ask. Whatever I had experienced, it might have to do with the fact that I was knocked out cold, and if that book is where I last left it in the 'dream state' then that just cancels out most logical reason.
"That's the thing." She said. "You got knocked out. The way you jerked and fell to the floor, that wouldn't have happened like that if you collapsed. You were knocked cold. The thing is-"she trailed off. "The thing is that no one was behind you. No one knocked you out."

The Selection (Not as it seems)
FanfictionThis is the selection, yes, but it's where I kinda create dramatic storylines with the charactors! I have major story plans and also lots of Maxerica! You should at least read Part One and see if you want to continue. (I do not own any characters...
