luke had a toy truck that he loved it more than any of his other toys, and when his mommy came in and took it from him, he was heartbroken. that truck was given to him by his best friend, michael, for his third birthday party. granted he doesn't remember being given it, but he played with it loads and he loved it.

come to think of it, luke was noticing that his mommy was taking all of his toys and giving them away. he felt his eyes water and he kicked his legs as he started crying. he wanted his toys back.

'lu, you're getting way too old for these toys.' his mother spoke, already getting fed up with the boy's attitude. he was already seven years old, he couldn't keep his baby toys forever. that would lead to him being childish forever.

'but mommy, want my toys back!' he cried as he watched her grab his stuffed animal from off his bed. no one was allowed to touch that except for him. he screamed and sat up, trying to grab back bubbles, his favorite panda stuffie. his mother looked back at him with a disgusted look.

'luke, relax. you're far too old for these toys now. when i come back we are going to have a talk about all this, okay?' luke nodded, not wanting her to take bubbles away. he was only seven years old, he wanted his stuff back.

he watched as she simply threw him in a bag and walked out of the room. normally when he was upset, he would snuggle with bubbles, but he couldn't do that now.

'now, luke. you need to understand that this world isn't perfect. there are people that we don't want to be, nor do we want them in this family. they are people who like to act like babies. we don't like them very much.' luke tilted his head in confusion, waiting for her to continue.

'our family, for generations, has been filled with neutrals, or normal people. somewhere along the lines, we saw dominants coming and going. they are less normal, but the same overall,' she looked at her little boy with squinted eyes, 'but littles, we do not like them. never have they plagued the hemmings family line, and they never will. i'll do everything in my power to make you classified as neutral.'

'so... we don't like littles?' luke asked, feeling bad for the people. but he loved his mommy more. she nodded and smiled, ruffling his hair.

he understood.
