Josh's POV:

Whenever me and Simon wanted to spend time together we went to my house. We didn't want to risk ever being caught 'doing anything' by his parents. That sounds bad but you know what I mean, after hearing what he heard them say we didn't want to risk them seeing ANYTHING.

We were lying on my bed, his head on my chest and my hands running through his hair. My door burst open and in came my brother and behind him was someone who I assumed was one of his friends.

"Oh sorry" he said quickly pushing his friend in the other direction away from the room and back into the hallway

"I didn't know Simon was here, I'll see if he saw anything and if he did I'll make him promise to tell no one" he said quietly before rushing out of my room

"You have the best brother ever, being the best must run in your family" he said smirking at that part "I mean he cares so much about you that he goes to so many lengths to help keep our relationship a secret and therefore keeping you happy because obviously I'm the best thing to ever happen to you" he said with that confident smile that I had grown to love so much

"Nah you're the worst thing to happen to me definitely" I said smiling back at him

"Oh really" he said beginning to smirk again

"Yeah" I said teasing him once again

Before I knew it he was sat on me, straddling my hips and my arms being pinned above my head. He was still smirking.

"You sure?" He asked

"BOYS, DINNER" I heard my mom shout

"You've escaped this time Joshua" he said laughing and climbing off. We both went downstairs.

Simon's POV:

We were all sat around the table and by all I meant the five of us. Josh, Noah, their mom, Noah's friend and me.

I saw Noah mouth something to Josh across the table

'He didn't see, he's pretty clueless anyway' I think he said and I realised what he was talking about

I sent a smile Noah's way. He truly was one of the most caring and sweet people I had ever met, just like his brother. He cared so much about other people's happiness.

We finished eating and headed back upstairs. I saw Josh side hug his brother before coming back into his room and closing the door.

Perfect.
