I can't really write descriptions I apologise lol but imo it is a good story lol and there's lots of twists...
Delilah pov I look at myself in the mirror I'm wearing a little black dress. typical attire haha! "You look beautiful" I hear Lucia pipe up behind me. "Thank you" I turn to say smiling. "You look incredible" I say looking at Lucia's gorgeous outfit. She blushes and giggles. "You ready?" She asks and I nod in response.
Jesse pov The party is taking place here at Marcus' house. I'm stood near the bottom of the stairs with Marcus when we hear Lucia and Lils make their way down the stairs behind us. I turn around and oh my. Lils takes my breath away! she looks stunning "Close your mouth" Marcus says elbowing me I didn't even realise my jaw had literally dropped. Lils smiles at me and walks off into the kitchen to get a drink. Marcus and Lucia walk off together to go greet people as they arrive. I stand at the bottom of the stairs and scratch the back of my neck before I make my way into the kitchen. I see Lils sat at a stool with a cup of water. I take a seat next to her. "Water? That's not like you especially at a party" I laugh She laughs. "Well I leave early morning so I don't want a hangover or to still be drunk on a flight" she says then taking a sip of her drink. I nod. "You look beautiful tonight by the way" I say shifting in my seat. She blushes and smiles down at her cup. "Thank you" She says looking up at me. I smile back at her. "Anytime" I say There's a short silence between the two of us before a random guy approaches us. "You're hot" he says standing very close next to Lils who is still sat on the stool next to me. She looks at me awkwardly and ignores the male. "I said you're hot" he says slurring his words placing a hand on her shoulder. "Right thanks" Lils says looking up at him She then stands up to leave and he moves in front of her. "Dance with me" he says placing both his hands on her shoulders "No I need to go" Delilah says trying to leave his grip. "I said dance with me" he demands as his hands start to lower down her body. I instantly stand up and push him off her. "She said no so back off" I shout squaring up to him. He tuts and walks off. I turn around to see Lils stood behind me. "Thank you" She says quietly before walking outside the house. I follow her as it's not like her to leave a party. "Lils are you okay? You never leave parties" I ask walking down the driveway after her. She doesn't say anything "Lils!" I call "Lils!" I repeat She eventually turns around to look at me. "You look sad now tell me what's up" I say seeing sadness evident in her eyes. She sighs and then begins to speak "look I don't want to leave. I didn't want to say to anyone but Paris is pretty shit. And since being here I've already lost two friends over in Paris, Josh and Adam" She says almost crying "The people aren't very nice there and being here has made me want to move back home, to Manchester" she says lightly crying. "Come here" I say softly as I pull her into my chest. She wraps her arms around my waist and rests her head against my chest and I rub her back. "Follow your heart" I say resting my chin on the top of her head.
Delilah pov He said to follow your heart but if I did then I'd be following him... I pull out of our hug and smile as I step back. I shiver as the cold hits me. "Come on let's go back inside" he says holding out his hand for me to grab. I place my hand in his palm and we walk inside hand in hand. Jesse takes me over to a small couch in a hallway and we sit there for a bit. I hand him my phone. "Photo?" He questions And I nod laughing He stands up and takes a photo of me. "Thank you" I whisper as I take my phone from him. He smiles and sits back down next to me. I decide to post the photo on Instagram. I look at the time and it's already midnight. "Look Jesse I should probably get going..." I start "I fly early morning and I need to get packing" I say standing up. "Need any help?" He asks. "If you want" I shrug And with that he stands up so I guess he's helping me. I make my way upstairs pushing through all the people. Jesse not far behind me.
I enter the room I've been staying in. I throw my shoes off and chuck them the other side of the room. Jesse laughs behind me. I just hate wearing shoes. I begin to just dump all my clothes in a pile and Jesse helps put them all in my suitcases.
"Thank you" I say smiling as he zips up my case. "No problem" he says smiling back. There's a short silence between us before he speaks "How long will you be gone this time?" He asks with sadness evident in his voice. "I don't know Jesse" I say shrugging "You told me to follow my heart earlier and that is exactly what I'm going to do" I say smiling down at the floor. He tilts his head "And what's that?" He questions I smile and tap my nose with my finger
