"Scootering"

"hey Jordan" Jake says plopping himself down on the couch next to me "sup webster" i smirk placing my phone down next to me "you wanna go scootering around the beach with me?" he asks, i raise a brow

"C'mon pleasee i'm lonely and nobody else is home" He whines i laugh "I'm only saying yes for two reasons, 1. I'm also lonely because Sam and Colby have to travel for exploring and i want to chase you with a scooter" i smile "Yes!" he says excitedly hopping up

I Chuckle "Give me 20 to get ready" he nods and i get up walking to my room i put on red pants and a black t-shirt with my vans.

I threw on some concealer, contour and light mascara and hop downstairs

"Ready?" Jake asks I make a thinking face then nod, when we got in Jake's car I found red heart shaped sunglasses and put them on "these glasses are fabulous Webster" I say checking myself out in the mirror

"I'm pretty sure they're Corey's" he shrugs "and now they're mine" I smirk and Jake laughs I grab his aux and start playing One last breath by creed and we jam out.

We arrive at the beach and rent two electric scooters "oh my god what if I crash?" I laugh stepping onto the scooter "As long as it's not into me or any dogs you'll be fine" Jake jokes

I roll my eyes at him "Jake help" I whine, Jake shows me how to control the scooter and I take off "Hey! Jordan wait up!" Jake calls following after me

"No can do! I'm on the move Webster!" I call back, dodging the people on the slightly crowded sidewalks

Jake and I have been riding around on the scooters for about an hour or so and the beach was slowly clearing out because the sun was setting

Jake was speeding fast then slow then fast again I decided to take a video of us on the scooters he smirks "watch this" and he speeds up then when flying into the sand

I start hysterically laughing "Jake!" Then end the video, still laughing I run over and help him up he was laughing too

"You good broseph?" I giggle he dusts the sand off himself "totally Tubular" he says I look over at the scooter "But the scooter is not" I giggle looking at the scooter lodged in the sand

Jake pulls it out and it wouldn't turn back on "oh shit Webster your screwed" I chuckle "you don't know how to hot wire a scooter do you?" He asks desperately "I do not. But If it was a car I'm your gal" I say pointing to myself

Jake looks around and then starts running towards my scooter I chase after him but he scoots off "YOU LITTLE SCOOTER HIGHJACKER!" I yell after him he laughs scooting away

I pull my phone out and make an Instagram story "Guys Jake just highjacked my scooter because he broke his-" I show me 'walking' the scooter "And now I have to walk the scooter, also I miss my Kansas boys" I add

"Here come Jake, I'm gonna get my scooter back!" I say and end the video, posting it I start chasing Jake

He pulls up to me a makes a 'skrtt' sound I push him off the scooter "For Sparta!" I yell driving off

Eventually we bring the scooters back and some how they didn't realized Jake had broke the scooter, and we left.

"McDonald's or Taco Bell?" Jake asks "McDonald's" I smile Jake pulls in and I get chicken nuggets and a flurry.

We just hang out and joke for the whole night, when we got home it was around 8pm and we decided to netflix in the living room.

"Jake go get me something to drink please!" I beg for the 5th time in 2 minutes "If I do will you stop?" He asks slightly annoyed I smile and nod innocently

"Fineee" he groans getting up from the other couch "thank you" I smile sweetly my phone begins to ring

I answer "Hey Colbs" I smile "Hey babygirl" he greets attempting a smile "what's wrong?" I ask seeing a frown on his face, which he clears off as soon as he sees me notice

"Nothing, just tired, whatcha doing?" He asks "Jake and I are hanging out, we're about to watch Netflix" I smile setting my phone down to where Colby can see the whole couch and me.

"Sounds fun" Colby nods "What about you Cole?" I ask "Oh uh-" Colby looks around the hotel room "I'm just chilling, Sam and I are waiting for it to get dark so we can explore these abandoned silos" Colby says

"That sounds awesome" I smile, I can't help but think about what happened before they left for the trip though, I look down "Hey um also there's something I wanted to talk to you about" Colby says standing up

"listen Colby if it's about what happened before you left I don't want to talk about it.. you don't want me to know whatever it was and that's fine" I shrug "yeah bu-" he begins but I cut him off

"I trust you." I say he looks at me through the phone directly to my eyes and I advert my eye contact, Jake walks into the room handing me a bottle of water "Here, Princess" he rolls his eyes

"Thank you Webster. See wasn't that hard" I laugh "Your gonna be the death of me" he sighs dramatically falling into the other couch

I just laugh and turn back to Colby on the phone "I've got to go" Colby says "Okay bye Colbs. Be careful please don't fall off a silo" I say

He fakes a chuckle "I love you" I smile "i love you too" Colby says rushily and then hangs up.

I frown and set my phone down "What are we watching?" Jake asks i shrug "something funny" I reply, Jake nods turning on Billy Madison.
