Somewhere, existed a Cave.
This Cave was known for the fact that nobody came out alive.

The people only knew something about the cave, because of this lucky person.

This lucky person came out barely alive. He was a seemingly strong looking magician, but extremely injured.
As he was bleeding, he struggled to walk to the witnesses.

Before he died his last words were,

"Don't go in... It's the home of the Demons...We'll all die...if they...were to be released..."

Then he collapsed.

All the witnesses could do, was staring dumbfounded at this scene.

Only through the Amulet of Teleportation, one could enter.
It was a small stone coin with three blue gems attached to it.

One had to simply say: "bring me to the place with the strongest monsters
and biggest treasures."

And that's how the challengers entered the cave.
And how they died.

One of the materials for this Amulet,
was the Gem of Teleportation, that was known for it's rarity.

But as time passed, the gem got forgotten.

Even the cave was forgotten.

But before becoming unknown,
the cave got the name
"Death's Den".

Because of an unlucky incident,
in that same cave, were two Farmer brothers struggling.

"Brother, you okay?"

"Yeah."

"This treasure chest had lot's of good stuff..."

"You know, I feel like all that surviving made me stronger!"

"Yeah, me too!"

"Look, I can make a monster appear whenever I want now!"
The farmer that was now a summoner said excitedly while summoning a monster while holding up a staff.
His dark robe fluttered and his mask's eyes shone a blue light.
The monster appeared out of a portal that also suddenly appeared, and revealed itself.

It had two horns and and wings of an eagle. It turned to it's master and stared at him with a blank look, that clearly showed how much the summoned monster was controlled.

It didn't let out a cry.
It was just waiting for it's master to order it.

"Alright! I'm gonna call him Toby!"
The summoner excitedly said while petting the monster.

"Ohh nice can I pet him too?"
The other villager now a warrior asked.

"Sure! Toby, this is my brother!"

The warrior pet the emotionless monster.

"GROAAAAAH!"

They both froze at the familiar cry.

Through all the years they spent in here, they knew who this was.
The dragon's roar blew rocks away, while the brothers didn't move an inch.

The first monster they met in here.

They ate the monster's flesh to survive, they slayed weaker monsters to survive, they became stronger to survive.

But when the Dragon spotted them, they stood still.
If one moved, that Person would be instantly eaten.
These brothers didn't want to meet their end here.
They didn't move until the Dragon would go back to it's sleep.
They were trembling.
The Dragon stared at them with it's glowing red eyes.

"Can't even sleep in peace."
The dragon said in annoyance.

It saw the two humans staring at it. He stared back, before leaving after confirming that it was quiet.

After the dragon fell asleep, the Brother's fell on their knees from all they had to endure.
They luckily survived again.

"That was close..."

"We're still alive..."

"Brother, 'ya know we have to face the Dragon one day."

"I know."

"We will leave one day."

They walked away.
They wanted to find a way to leave.
But they didn't realise the place they were in.
