Monday,6:50A.M
I got ready for school, ate breakfast and was off. Once I got to school I met up with Kanaiya and Maya and we were just talking about last Saturday until the bell rung telling us to go to class.
When I got to first block my teacher announced an important assignment we had and if we didn't do it we were going to fail. I was already failing so I had no choice but to work hard on the assignment that was due next week.
When the bell rung for second block I walked to my locker to grab my books. Maya and Kanaiya was at there's which was close to mine and we started talking about the trip that we were going to take this weekend.
"How much do y'all think it'll cost?" Maya asked us
"Maybe over 500 if we all chip in because we trying to get the big cabin with the stairs and shit" she said
"That mean I have to see if I can get my allowance back because my mom took it away but I'll figure it out, I'll talk to y'all later"
Later at lunch we all talked about the expenses and different activities we were going to do.
"So who everybody bringing let me know right now so I can decide rather or not I wanna go" Jaylin asked laughing
"Well I'm bringing Da'lasia and I guess Drew is bringing Akita" I said
"I might not bring her cause the way she been acting is starting to piss me off!" He said with an attitude
"Why not? Y'all broke up?" Dre asked
"Nah but she be tweaking for no reason" he said
"You wanted her now you got her" Dc said laughing
"I know that bitch but still she be doing the fucking most and a nigga be bout to slap her ass" Drew said frustrated
"Just break up with her then" Maya said
"I don't know dawg I really fuck with her she just too damn delusional and crazy" he said
Kanaiya just looked at him dead in the eyes and sipped her drink. She kind of threw me off because I didn't know what that was about.
"You confused, you don't know what you want to do" Jaylin told Drew
"Man whatever, we'll see what will happen this weekend" Drew said
"We sure will" I said getting up throwing my trash away
"Y'all boys ready?" Derrick asked
"Yeah!" Everybody replied.
Everyone was excited about this weekend and I was too. We were excited because this was our second trip together since last year and honestly we been through a lot as a group but at the end of the day we had each others back.
After school I went to practice but was called out by the coach, Maya and Kanaiya went for their run without me as I spoke to her.
"What's been going on?" Coach asked me
"What do you mean?" I questioned
"Why have you been lacking in your school work?" she asked
"Well I don't know I've been going through a lot lately and it's been hard to focus" I told her
"I'm sorry to hear that you going through something, and I hope everything you're going through you overcome it but it's no reason to lack in school. You have to learn how to balance out two things at once because in the real world shit get real and nobody is going to give a damn about what you got going on regardless. Navada I know you're a smart girl but you need time to figure things out and until you do your suspended." She said
