Part 1-Drew and Kanaiya
It was 6:30 in the morning, I got up and got ready for school. My sophomore year was slowly ending and I still didn't shoot my shot with Drew. Something in me told me he liked me but I didn't know that for sure, he was a player, Navada's brother and my brother close friend.
I knew liking him was going to fuck me up all because how involved he was. I put my clothes on and walked over to the bathroom, I had to pound on the door so Dc can hurry up and get out.
"Dc you been in there for like an hour can you hurry up!!? I need to do my hair! We'll be late so hurry the fuck up!!" I said from behind the door
"Bruh I'm funna get out right na just chill!" He replied
I rolled my eyes and went back to my room and waited until I heard the door unlock. Soon as I heard the door click from being unlocked I ran over quickly because sometimes he liked to double back.
I fixed my hair quickly so we can hurry and get to school. I hopped in the car and off we went, when I got to school Navada and Maya walked up to me hugging me.
"Y'all ready for practice today?" I asked them trying to make conversation
"Hell Nah!" Maya said
"Why not?" Me and Navada asked her
"Because I don't feel good and I know she gon mutt the routes" she answered back
"Just ask her to let you sit out or just skip practice" Vada suggested
"Nah I'll just suck it up" Maya replied
The bell rung and we all walked to class but of course Navada had to split ways from us because she was a freshman.
"Maya I have to tell you something but you can't tell Navada" I told her
"Ugh why not? You know how she is about secrets well you know how we all act about secrets" she replied
"Yeah I know but she'll go crazy" I told her
"Okay what is it? I won't tell her." She asked me
"I like Drew." I replied
"Oh yeah you're totally dead if she finds out! When was this?" She asked me
"Since the beginning of the year, I think he likes me too but I don't know I cant be completely sure" I told her
"Well just wait till he confronts you about it." Maya told me
"Maybe you're right, I'll wait till he says something because I don't wanna say anything to him and look stupid but I'll see you lunch time" I replied walking to my class
Lunch time
We sat in the spill out waiting for Vada to come so we can leave to go get something to eat.
She finally got there and we walked toward the cars with the guys. Drew told us we can ride with him and I instantly got excited because just being in his presence made me happy.
Drew is a upperclassmen and a star football player and that made me want him more, I hate that I like him so much but it is what it is.
We drove to Wendy's and ordered our food, everybody sat in different booths because it was a lot of us. All the booths were taken so I ended up sitting at a two chair table with Drew.
I was nervous but happy at the same time I just didn't want anyone to get the wrong idea but they hungry asses didn't pay us any attention so I just sat there quietly eating my food, I was cautious but still calm.
"Why you so quiet naiya?" He asked
I was surprised when he said my name I didn't even think he knew it. I lifted my head up slowly and met eyes with him.
