I........ don't know what to do anymore. All this emotional stuff is confusing. I try to help Virgil, but I can't tell if it's working. I'm just so stupid.

     Daltons POV

Don't let them get to your head Virgil.

They're just pitying you.

They all hate you.

"I know."

That's what I thought. Remember Virgil, you do as I say. Ok?

He just nodded his head.

Good. Now we are going to pretend everything is back to normal. Close them off. Be mean. Be sarcastic. But never and I mean NEVER show them how vulnerable you are.

He nodded again.

Good boy. Don't forget that you are nothing compared to the others. Nobody loves you.

"B-but what about De and P-p-Patton?"

No Virgil, tell me. What about the fake brother and the so called 'dad'?

All of a sudden a great plan came to me.

"He wishes he was Logan's dad!" Roman yelled.

Didn't you know we are in a book.

"Guys stop breaking the fourth wall." Virgil hissed.

"We are gonna need some strong scotch tape for this!" Roman said.
