Wrapped in blankets and lights astrung,
You keep me in your arms till the bell is rung.
Full of love and full of care,
Your eyes would entrap devil's snare.
Your smile is what makes me feel secure,
Love becomes my depression's cure.
You sit with me as I read and drink tea,
cracking jokes and thinking with me.
Your eyes are a chocolate river,
they make a sweet tooth like me wither.
I could look into them and become lost anyday,
But you would then get lost in my blue greys.
Your hugs make me feel completely warm,
Little butterflies fly around in swarms.
You make me laugh and squeeze me tight,
And we hold each other till the rise of night.
You calm me down when the days are dark,
Your words soothe me like the song of a lark.
You hold me as I cry and sway,
Repeatedly telling me that it'll all be okay.
We become distant, but it's due to stress,
but it doesn't make me want to love you less.
The thought of you still makes me smile,
and I push through the day for a while.
You'll walk with me if I ask out of the blue,
The arguments we have are very few.
You have me enticed and being with you brings joy,
And you'll always be my only spideyboy.
You take my hand and let me lead,
Staying close to me and matching my speed.
With each kiss, I fall in love a little more,
The whirlwind of emotion knocks upon my door.
I have just a couple things left to say,
The sky is slowing fading from day.
You make me happy, those days used to be far and few.
And I know now that I love you.
